New Jersey Lunch/Dinner At Dave & Buster's Arcade & Resturant

I think this is a good idea, it popped into my mind the other day. Would anyone be interested in having Lunch or Dinner at Dave & Buster's one day? I would bring a few friends I guess. Dave & Buster's is a resturant w/ a big arcade at the Palisades Center Mall in Nyack, they also have a bar and pool room. They have the 2 best Star Wars arcade games Star Wars: Podracing Arcade(Setup just like a real podracer and races like one too) & Star Wars Trilogy Arcade. It would be fun to actually race someone in podracing, whenever I go noone is there to race. Anyway I thought this was a cool idea. Anyone who would actually go? May the force be with you all.

 

Mike, a lot of people in NJO live really far from NNJ...so it'd really stink for them to trek all the way up there. Sometimes SWNYC goes there. It's not a bad idea, but most of NJO couldn't make it.

 

Ah, dang that sucks.

 

That's why a lot of our meetings are either halfway or down their end.

I know that Philly has a Dave & Buster's...so for the Phil Con in Dec, that is an option.

 

Hey you know as long as we can have a good amount of notice before we decide to do something like this I wouldn't mind making the drive. I'd like to go to that place. Isn't there one down in Philly too?

And there is also a Jillian's, which is supposed to be even better, in Philly.

 

Jillian's is alright, but its in Franklin Mills Mall. D&B is on the Waterfront and is pretty cool too. Honestly, since my step-dad has taken me to both, I can say they're both cool. However, I like D&B more.


And remember...PA bars close at 2am...stupid Quakers.

 

Herb...what's wrong with the bars closing at 2 AM.


I think that that is long enough...especially when you start at 9 or 10 PM

 

Well for someone who is used to going until 4-5am as we do up in New York, it's a large difference. Of course, we start also at 11pm, so its another difference.


I guess I'll have to deal with 2am when I'm able to legally drink at home next Monday.

I've been to the Jillian's in Franklin Mills. They've got a Hibachi Steakhouse in that Jillian's. I like it there.
