The reason Gillard and Jackson had to use the now overdone "efficient no wasted energy" line is that Jackson couldn't pull off the energetic visual style of TPM any better than Ewan, Liam or Ray.

If you are a Mace fan, it's a new take on the fighting - if you are a continuity fan, it's a flaw.

DOODE - I didn't say that. One Jedi was attempting to track and capture, the other was cleared to kill. Understand now?

From what I've heard, and seen of TPM, Ewan did stack up against Ray. Fighting all out on all the takes, both of them actually trying to win. lol
Leaving us with one of the best fight scenes ever seen on the screen.

 

Ray Park is a black belt.


He has won a few of Britain's martial arts national championships.

Trust me, he could kick Ewan's butt in a heart beat. He is a trained Wushu master.

He made it look like Ewan could keep up.

they could be showing how powerful Mace is for Episode 3 when he fights an awesome oppenent......

 

Now that would be frickin' sweet!! Dooku or Vader....so many opponents, so little time.

I personally think either one would be great to see.

 

Dooku and Mace are too evenly balanced in terms of skill and power. I think Anakin will be the one to kill Mace.

Anyways. Obi-wan is the da man for sure, but how can he compare to someone who looks you in da eye and says "this party's ova!"???

Yeah, I saw Spidey last night and I really liked it. It actually exceeded my expectations, but the effects of AOTC will blow it away
