    No, it will not make sense unless you have finished watching season 10.
    Sure, you can follow it, but there are details that just work better if you've seen the series.

    AoT was supposed to be the series finale, but instead we got a long, boring episode because AoT was too big a story to cram into 45 min, and it wasn't ready.

    Yeah, AOT is the wrap-up to the Ori arc. It was, more or less, originally going to be the Season 10 finale/Season 11 premiere, though they squished some other stuff in there to make it a fuller wrap-up.

    If you want a stand-alone movie to watch, Continuum would be a much better choice. Although it's set after AOT and has some throwback jokes to the rest of the series, it's almost completely self-contained.

    Recent episode of Archer had an amusing reference:

    Malory: "Effective immediately, I'm promoting Cyril to field agent."
    Archer: Hey, that sounds great- best of luck."
    Malory: "Where do you think you're going?"
    Archer: "Oh, sorry, I gotta get back to Earth before Stargate closes."
    Malory: "Get back here!"
    Archer: "Mother! The Chevrons are locking!"

    That whole episode was great... but that's par for the course with Archer. I really need to get around to watching Season 1, as I only hopped onto the show for the second season.

    For the record, Chris Judge STOLE the movie in "Dark Knight Rises".

    Half full theater...Judge appears, a guy shouts from the top "Kree, Jaffa!"

    3 others in the theater reply "Jaffa, Kree!"

    EVERYBODY starts laughing.

    It was a geeky bonding that transcended the moment.

    Oh man, would have loved to have been there for that. Yeah, his cameo in TDKR took me by surprise- I had forgotten about the casting announcement of his. Of course, once I saw him, I remembered that and expected him to have a slightly larger role than he ended up having (he barely even had a closeup).

    In the wake of the 4 Billion dollar deal for Star Wars.

    The pirce bar has been set...

    Can some please scrounge up a couple million to buy MGM or at least purchase Stargate off MGM.

    Could probably do a "Kickstarter" to get enough together.;)

    Eh, why not just get Disney to buy Stargate too. I'd love to see what the Disney Imagineers could do to create a Stargate ride.

    It couldn't be worse than the Six Flags SG-1 attraction, form the sound of it.

    Randomly watched the last episode of season 10 'Unending' just now. I think it holds up really well! There are a few sci-fi shows I have been meaning to re-watch, SG-1 perhaps might take priority...

    I've been meaning a rewatch for a couple of years now and just haven't gotten to it yet! SG1 I still consider to be my favorite TV show of all time so hopefully I'll still think that when I get to it!

    Hmm, unexpected but cool news. If this is intended to be an SG-1 continuity prequel (and by it anchoring the Stargate Command subscription service for franchise content, that is the implication), then Catherine herself can't go through the gate (she doesn't do so for the first time until she goes to save Ernest).

    It's sci-fi; they'll create a work-around for Catherine easy.

    Just did a search to find out who is creating the web series and disappointingly it doesn't seem like any of the creators from the previous shows are involved.
