Mara jade fiction

you know what the publishers should consider. they should think about wrirting a book about the past of Mara Jade. Her childhood, her family, her youth. the story should lead up to the events of the thrawn trilogy. if their not going to do it teh n i will.

 

They haven't done anything on Mara Jade's childhood, but if you want to learn more about her pre-TTT, then I suggest you pick up the issues of Mara Jade - By The Emperor's Hand, and the short Zahn story in Tales from the Empire.

And you'll put it out as fan fiction, right? Cause you have to be asked to write SW for book form, not write it, send it in, and have them print it.

 

Unless Zahn/Stackpole is behind it, then I want no part of it.

 

They should do a story on Mara Jade's past. I read The Emperor's Hand, but it didn't give you much.

 

I'd love to see how she was found by Palpatine and what happened to her parents. But would prefer that - if it's ever written - it's written by Timothy Zahn or Mike Stackpole.

 

There's already some rather good Imperial Mara fanfic out there... it's ages since I read it properly, but I'll throw you in the direction of Bubbles in the Force (seven stories down) at the obviously-named ClubJade Mara fanfic archive...

I don't know if the ages could be worked, but I'd like to see them linking Mara with the Baby Ludi from HoloNet News.

I don't know....on one hand I would love to learn about Mara's past. On the other, I'd like to keep it shrouded in mystery....I like mystery.
