Mara Jade

I hate the fact that Luke marries Mara. It's not even Lucas' work. I know I sound weird but I'm a Luke fan. I am sorry if this is an insult to anyone. What do you think?

EDIT- To add to what chiss said. Lucas approved the storyline, therefore it should be considered 'true'. Just because you don't like one part of the EU doesn't mean it doesn't happen. I'd have Anakin alive if I could, but his death still happened.

 

It is very true. All EU is canon. There is nothing that can be "ignored". And Lucas approved the storyline, so it could be considered his work as well.

 

But, I am glad that it's not Lucas' work and that means it's not true!

Advice: Don't say stuff like that in EU forums. This is not a place for denying the EU its existence.

Also, this type of thread (despite the denial of the EU) goes to EU Literature.

I also reccomend that you not post threads right off the bat. Lurk. Post. If you think something is missing after awhile, you can post a topic then. But within the first month of your being a member of these boards is not the time.
