Marathon planning thread

i know its in arcata, but still its the perfect set up and im sure we can figure out rides. so time, probably not febuary, or maybe the 17th of feb? does that work for everyone?

 

ok, so i will start, i have an awsome facility if we can get everyone down to arcata, and somone post a time they like! ok go!

 

any time will probably work for me

uhm... okay so i am officially a nerd again... anyways uhmmm i dunno about the 17th.. i know me, mandi, and elle are all going to Belize some time in Feb.. I dunno when exactly though?

 

so it seems as though we should find a new date. any suggestions?

 

everytime i come up with a date it dousn't work, somone else give it a go, and we need to find a new place for showing the movie, i guess theres some copy right thing where we can't do it at my church.

i dont have any idead brittany... and uhm i think presidents week starts on the twentieth or wutever so yeah all the people going to belize will be gone presidents week

 

ok fine, how about we shoot for march 18th and 19th, we'll make it big, a two day starwars marathon with trivial pursuit, mark your calenders now. we just need to find a place to have it.

 

I could lend some DVD's. I have Troops and some other fan films,The CelebrationIII 501st dvd, and the Clone Wars Cartoon dvds.Along with all 6 movies

 

Nifty. So, does anyone have an idea for a date or a place yet, or are we just floating around still?

Dude the marathon sounds great, we should definitely do it... well anyways, Brittany i dont hav ethem all on DVD.. i have the original Trilogy special edition on VHS and i have episode 2 on VHS but thats it.. lol i dont have the money to get em all on DVD

 

oh, well i said most, which implies that not all of us could

 

well now lets see... any time after february should work for me as far as the marathon goes... but we will see...

like the middle of april or something. wouldn't watching 6 movies make your eyes and butt sore? I tried watching all 3 lord of the rings movies once, that was hard!!! gotta go, American Idol is on!!!!!

yep, im just flying casual now, i love saying that! ok so march is still on! and we will be able to do it elle, it has been done before and im sure we can handle six movies, especially starwars movies.

 

Just got back from wonder con bought a bootleg of A New Hope with the deleted scenes put back in! also has some behind the scenes stuff.Also Steve Sansweet stated at wonder con that the new Live action,and the new cartoon/cg series will be out next year!!

 

awsome!!!!! i really wish i could have gone, um we had junior prom last night! not as cool as wondercon but alot of the clun was there!
