Website:
* TK4Ever ~ in the process of receiving a formal apology, will leave post on board
* Suggestions:
* Find out who people are first (have someone vouch for them) or have them introduce themselves, then watch them for a week or so to help prevent lurkers (Beltayn)
* Have a link to the introduction thread in the admin approval e-mail sent to all new people, must post in introduction thread within the first few weeks to prevent lurkers and pare down membership (jedi_bmack)
* Have ?friends of? clickable links on the front page (DonC)
* Have a member section like the Ohio Garrison (Krash)

Toys ?R? Us:
* April 1st at SOM Center in Mayfield Hts. and Parmatown
* The Garrison is in charge of SOM Center, and JKOC is in charge of Parmatown
* Some people from JKOC will go to SOM Center and some from the Garrison will come to Parmatown to split the work

CIII:
* Suggestion: One person stands in line, then calls others (there could be problems with others in line)
* Maybe a Texas Hold?Em at the Geoff?s
* Rosie needs a ride back to Canton on Sunday night; her parents are willing to pick her up but they can?t drive all the way to Indianapolis

Vulkon:
* Week before CIII
* There will be 1 Star Wars guest

ROTS:
* Valley View is talking with Lucasfilm about having a ?Prequel Midnight Madness Marathon?

Pittsburgh:
* April 3rd
* The closest place to Cleveland where Matt Stover will be signing books
* He will be at CIII

Summer Plans:
* All Ohio ~ need to figure out where it?s being held this year

Misc:
* Happy 3rd anniversary to the JKOC! (March 16)
* Will did not get nachos, even though that?s what Don was told
* Don almost fell over trying to act like a ninja. It was very amusing to watch.
