Solid turnout, 14 strong today! Much appreciated!

First order of business: I was elected to lead for another year. Obviously I haven't screwed up bad enough yet. I'll try harder this year. :p

Second order of business: talked about the San Antonio Night Parade. April 25. Confirmed members going to date: Derek, Erika, Lance, Melissa

Third: Wesa movin da boards! This coming week I'll start putting our new site together, once I've got it up and running I'll start a thread here to let people sign up and kick the tires, as it were. Official board opening is May 19th (TPM 10th anniversary)

    other upcoming events:
    March 13-15, All-Con, Dallas www.all-con.org
April 4, Outcast Book Signing, Barnes & Noble, Arboreteum
April 18-19 Sci Fi Expo, Dallas www.scifiexpo.com

    Donations collected this month: $8.00

edit: almost forgot; I'm going to add a Fan Force History page to our new site, along with a little blurb on Wookieepedia. I know Virginia spoke up on volunteering, anyone else here from the very beginning? We've been around for 9 years, and I think its long past time we put our, ah, 'colorful history' up for posterity.
