-St. Patrick’s Day parade – see thread or Facebook event for information and to post questions. See everybody bright and early this Saturday!
-T-shirts are for sale! - Order by March 21st

• Final prices are set: $15 for regular t-shirt, ladies shirts are $18 each and $20 for ringers.
• Kids shirts will be $15. A minimum of 10 must be ordered in order for us to get them. If the minimum is met, the RMFF will purchase one for donating to the R2-KT auction at DCC.
• 10 additional regular shirts will be ordered by RMFF for future giveaways or sale – four large and four XL and two 2XL shirts - in various colors TBD by CR. We plan to order 1 L and 1 XL in pink for the R2-KT auction at DCC.
• Google Doc of t-shirt orders will be created by Nerfherders. He will put in existing orders and future orders can be inputted directly into there.
• Payment can be sent to the RMFF Paypal: rmfftreasurer@yahoo.com. Please put in the notes what the money is for.

-April 26th is Open Cockpit Day – 10-2.
-May the Fourth at WOTR

• No VIP event on Friday night
• Main Event: Sunday 9-3, setup/load-in anticipated to happen Friday, live painting demo by Kevin Graham, displays, more announcements to come soon.
• Foam sabers being made now, blast-a-trooper, photo ops with tentative guest

-Denver Comic Con

• @darth_hair is the main Point of Contact for the event.
• Booth space aka The Star Wars Experience – will be larger and will be between movie cars and Umbrella Corps in the middle of the exhibit hall: 30’ x 80’. Will be a shared space amongst the RMFF, Rebel Legion, 501st, and Mercs...like last year, but no Dark Empire presence
• Passes – darth_hair will have 3-day passes available for purchase for all The Star Wars Experience volunteers. They are $25 and are called "Merchant Mesa" passes, but are basically the same Exhibitor level passes as last year. You must sign up for 2 hours table time in a Google doc (to be created) to be allowed to buy a pass. There are a limited number of passes.
• Load in for SW Experience will be Thursday from 5-9. Volunteers are definitely welcome!
• Bingo card – We plan to pass out a Bingo card to people who come by the Star Wars Experience area. We plan to print 1,000 of them for handing out over the three days. At the meeting, we discussed the design being a full page with 4 sections on 2-sides: Bingo card, Group descriptions, Instructions, Vendor and artist and other groups’ listing. The concept is still the same with each stop having a stamp to fill out the card. ibentmywookie81 is lead and DieWompRatDie is helping. A bingo sign and stamp will be provided to each vendor as a packet. darth_hair is contacting DCC for a vendor and artist list so we can contact them and see who's interested in participating.

-Melody will check with Starfest and see if we can do a table for just Saturday, if we're interested.
-Jeff/Darth_Hair and David Scott will look into making RMFF bumper stickers – round or rectangular with the RMFF logo and the text “A Force to be Reckoned With”

-April meeting – 4/19, Village Inn at 2 PM; May meeting – 5/18, Village Inn
-Treasury report - $611! Some money will be spent on float paint and miscellaneous supplies
