New Hamp March meeting minutes

Attending: TK, Steve, John, Brandon, Andy, James, Tara.

Issues voted upon:

Vote to have club become a non profit entity: YEA 7 NAY 3 (Pete and Shelly voted via proxy)

Vote to adopt pending Mission Statement and bylaws: YEA 9 NAY 1 (Pete and Shelly voted via proxy)

Vote for design of T Shirts to be completed and sent to press in 30 days: Unanimous

Nominations were held for club positions. Nominations are as follows:

President - TK, John

Vice President - James, Brandon

Treasurer - Steve, James

Archivist - John, Andy

Elections will be held in 30 days at the April meet.

With all the club business taken care of, the group took a good look over the Jabba the Hutt prop that the 501st uses for their photos. The club will help work on fixing it up for Free Comic Book day in Rochester in May.

Brandon and Andy brought their costumes to show the group. Excellent work on both costumes! Meeting then began to break up around 4:30 pm. See everyone in April!
