Ohio March Meeting Planning Thread

We're still on for Friday!

With it being a Friday night at BW 3's, I figured that it might not be a bad idea to try to call ahead for seating. But for that I'll need an approximate head count.

Since not everyone (including me) knows Findlay extremely well, I wanted to make sure we had a map or something. Is this the right place?

I'll do my best to be there, all depends on the status of my wife.

And that map is way off. The street that BW3's is on doesn't even appear on the map from what I can tell. I'll check a couple different map sites and see if I can find one that has it.

I have thus far been unable to locate any site that includes the road the BW3's is on. I'll try to get some kind of map put together ASAP from my knowledge of area, though if anyone else knows where to find one that would be great.

I can't find a map either. For all who's going and don't know where BW3s is, let me know where you are coming from and I'll give you directions.

The map thing is probably because the road listed is a little access road and those often don't make it on the maps

MOffy and I will be comning from I-75 (from BG area)

 

Ok then just keep heading South on 75. You want to get off the exit Twnship 99. It's after the Antique Shop on the right. Turn left and stay on this road, which passes Findlay Ford on the left, till you reach County road 236. Turn right. You'll go through the light (intersection of Rt12). BW3s will be on your left before you get to Wal-mart about 1/2 mile up the road.

What'd I miss? How'd it go?

Luckily I had drill early, so though I missed the meeting, I got home early this weekend, and this morning woke up with the flu.

Much rather be home with the flu than out in the middle of Hoth-like weather on drill with it.

 

Yes it was great to meet you too Moff. Hopefully we can start getting a nice group together for these in the future.

 

In the future, though, how about BG area? Findlay is a little far for me at 1-1/2 hours. Or 2 with poor directions. j/k

Well, it seems to me there is a nice little group of people to start with. Its just a matter of getting them all in the same place at the same time.

I'll second that! Mind you, I am biased since I have to be in the car with her.

 

BG area sounds good. Just had to avoid those pesky college kids. I get enough of those at work.

 

The college crowd thing probably won't be too much of a problem for the next meeting sine April is CIII and then May is Epi III. The next meeting likely won't be until at least May.

 

BG sounds like a nice central location. And yeah, it really settles down there about May since the university lets out then.
