March Movie Night Madness

Look, I named my first monthly event.

~Movie Night!~

I was thinking that for next month we could have another movie night and watch fanfilms again. Personally, I can never get enough of fanfilms and this has been a very fun event in the past. There will probably be treats and popcorn and stuff so everyone should come.

First thing's first though. Who would like to host this event at their home. I try to make it a policy of mine to not ask someone to do something that I would be unwilling to do myself but for now I can't really offer my parents house for several reasons. Maybe soon though and definitely when I get my own place. *daydreams of his very own apartment*

Anyway, I have Troops and George Lucas in love and a bunch of other fanfilms along with some other star wars media which I will NOT be watching at this event. *cough*holidayspecial*cough*

Are weekends still best for everyone? St. Patrick's Day is on the 17th so keep that in mind. Until everyone posts and says what their shedules are going to be like, I'll just say it'll be on theeee 24th.

 

Sounds cool. Fanfilms are awesome. I love TROOPS.

Speaking of fanfilms I have an idea for one that I need to make sometime

 

I'd like to. I had fun watching the fan films last summer, but I will be unable to attend a get together this month as I have rehersals every night and Saturday.

 

Then we'll move it to better suit your schedule. What works best for you?

 

Sounds like fun but I'm a little booked for March and I've already been yelled at for it.

Yes. I over book myself with so many different things to do. Why? I haven't figured that one out yet.

 

I really won't know what my schedule will be like until the latter part of the month.

 

I'm sure Riley and I would be up for it one way or another!

 

Not only would I be up for a movie bash but I would also be willing to host it at my place. (the condo in Taylorsville, not the apartment in SLC.) Available any day after 2pm.

 

Condo in Taylorsville, huh? That's my neck of the woods.

Doesn't look like I will be able to make it this month. Busy with rehearsal and the eventual play.

So does anyone have anything special they want to do besides wearing green so they don't get pinched? We could have everyone bring a snack food or a kind of drink that is green.

 

I can bring a yummy spinach dip. mmm....

grr and I so hate that 1 minute per post. Only regret of not being blue anymore.

 

Sounds like we have a plan! Now because I have trouble getting online I'm sending Andy the info on the address & directions so everyone ask Andy where to go & how to get here.

Tomorrow we will be meeting at Amber_eyes' place at 5:00 PM.

We'll watch fanfilms, play games, and eat and drink green stuff. Huzzah!

That was great. We watched Weird Al videos,Troops, and a bunch of other things including Star Wars commercials from the early 80s. We had tons of great green food and drinks to spare so if you missed out this time, we'll save some of that delicious spinach dip for you for next months activity. Hopefully it'll keep. I think I can summarize how fun this event was in one word: "WAMPA!"
