Welcome all to the March New Stories Index for the Before the Saga Board:

This Index will be updated daily with new fan fiction stories from this board, and at the end of the month all of these stories will be combined to make a master list, along with fics from both the Beyond the Saga and The Saga Boards.

I will be maintaining this Index to the best of my abilities. If you have any questions, please feel free to send me a Private Message. While I will be locating new stories everyday, you?re welcome to send me (mouse2) the information for your fic via PM. Please! *hint hint* Challenge responses will not be indexed as they are usually indexed on the Resource board, but if you PM the information to me I will add it.

Notes: Indulge me. I know I have countless unfinished fics, and it is with a view to getting started on my writing again that I began this. Hopefully, just one more post.

This story takes place, actually, in the 'Gah!' universe. Since it happens a little later than where I've left off in the thread, I'm posting it separately. When I've written enough to bridge the gap, I'll probably repost this bit over there.

Blame Ophelia and her 'Lone Wolf and Cub' comment for this. That inspired me, in part.

I?m warning you before you get too attached, so you can?t kill me later. In the end, though, well, hopefully everyone will be happy. It?s just that the end is so far away.

This story is also much better understood by someone who has either beaten Knights of the Old Republic, watched someone beat KotOR, or read a full-length story based on KotOR.
