Thanks everyone! I'll have some new Indy (Crystal Skull) artwork to show in the upcoming months!
I'm going to be my usually schleck and ask to see Ventress surrounded by bald eagles and geese, because your version is awesome. I need more words of praise.
LOL Thanks Kecen!!
New here.. just want to say fantastic art .. WOW
My GOD, you so totally rocked the Indy Heritage set.
right back atcha, Leah!!!
sorry for the lack of posts...been a busy bee.
Here's my print for Celebration Japan:
All of these are absolutely stunning. I especially like the Darth Maul on the first page along with the Boba sketch. The Celebration Japan painting is amazing too.
Wow, that is amazing, Mark! Your style is very unique and I love it! It sure stands out among the rest of the crowd.
Wow beautiful work! I love the use of color!
Love the Asajj Ventress - lots of life, you can really feel the life in her coming through in the strokes.
Wow, those are really, really well done. Grievous and Vader with the twin suns are my favs. Incredible!
Thanks everyone! For those of you who really liked the Ventress piece, there are a couple of sketch cards I did from the upcoming Clone Wars set that you'll dig.
Great I'll keep my eye out for them.
Wow, I don't think I've ever seen such awesome watercolor portraits. The sense of color and the balance with the white on the edges, all blow me away. Especially since watercolors are one of the few mediums that I can do absolutely NOTHING with, I have to applaude your talent!
Very cool! I love the way he lunges out of the firey background
Love the vibrent colors. Outstanding job!
Hey everyone I recnetly had the chance to interview Mark for my new visual culture website, HorseEatsTown.com.
It was awesome an awesome interview to do with one of my favorite artists and Mark was as always, great sport...
I did something a little different for my Clone Wars cards for topps. The 1st 77 out of 106 cars are similar to that of an animation cel, capturing a frame of movement. I shot it at around 20 cards per second and looped it to make up a 16 second movie. Each card was hand painted and labeled with their own sequence number.

Wow, that's really amazing!
Wooah thats really cool. Kinda trippy too . Nice work!
That's awesomeness! I love the way you drew his arms going back and forth - I admire people who can do that - drawing people in so many different poses. Must be difficult. Fantastic work!
Sorry I haven't posting in awhile. Here are my Clone Wars return cards and some new art for the Droid Hunt badge for the 501st Midwest Garrison.
Wow, those are absolutely spectacular. I loved the Padme one especially - and your use of light and dark is wonderful.
Whoa, those are really great! The one of Dooku and Ventress is particularly spooky.
And you gotta love the Droid Hunt image. It fits it so well! Nice job!
