Again, why can't people just cuss at the screen and type all nice-nice?

I just have Darth Sapients picture on my wall. When I get mad, I throw various vegetables and fruits at it. I throw darts when I am really angry. Its fun. I've made a game out of it.

The only time I wanted to throw darts at you was when you kept winning the Trvial Pursuit games. :D

Due to this thread being more that 5 pages long, i'm not gonna read it all so heres a question. How limited is the swear word block? I already know words with the letters t, f and w have been banned here at the JC, but i was wondering, is the block stopping at Simpsons, like words like n, a, m, and d, or does it go down to nothing at all? The reason i'm wondering is because i don't want to use some kinda Simpsons grammar and get banned and me not know the limit. So, what's the limit?

I agree with the mods and admins on this subject. I am a mature person and whether or not I choose to curse IRL, I am able to restrain myself to follow the rules set forth for use of this message board. I definitely give props to mods who have to search for every instance of cussing possibly used. It can be a tiring job. You guys are doing GREAT!

"People don't actually read the letters when they look at it, they say what it stands for"

Actually when I read it, I say in my head "wuh-tuh-fuh".

Same here. Is it against the rules to say fuh when something bad happens? That would be interesting. Fuh you Saint!

I also think it out in my head as letters, not the words they represent. :p

Actually when I read it, I say in my head "wuh-tuh-fuh".
So it appears most people actually read it 'wuh-tuh-fuh' when they see it, meaning they say "wuh-tuh-fuh is the problem with with acronyms?!?", in short, basically "Whatever is the problem with acronyms"...sounds innocent enough to me ;)

And for the record, anytime you see me start a post with "Whatever", you'll know what I mean [face_mischief]

But apparently you take it upon yourself to PM people you don't know, who've been around here a whole lot longer, and piss them off?

Maybe you should read above and let the MODS handle the swearing, and not you.

    kthxbye
