Weetabix and live yoghurt for brekkie
Banana or cookie about 10:30ish
Salad sarnie / toastie / jacket pot (which comprises of the entire veggie selection on the pub menu)
Pasta / toast and jam for tea (depending on how much time I have if I'm going out. Plus I'm crap at cookery)
I'm not detoxing now. It was only a 5-day thing which worked (I think). Well, I lost 6lbs anyways
Still keeping up the eating part of it...but drinking tea every now and then again.
I just took a big bite out of a Braeburn apple just to find it was rotten...
Please don't tell me you're doing the 'no carbs' thing?

No. It was a no dairy/caffeine/red meat/processed or convenience food/alcohol thing. And only for 5 days.
I've been trying to eat natural and organic stuff for a while now anyways. So the 5-day thing was just a boost to get me started.
Trying to loose a couple of lbs a week though (even 1 would be fine).
that no carb thing is so not cool.
I know. I wouldnt do anything drastic like that.

I'm useless at eatin healthy because time I start college at 9am I can go all day fine but then I wont have time for dinner then time I finish work and get home it's 11pm and I cant be bothered to cook
