Lit Comics Marvel Star Wars: General News & Trades Discussion Thread

I do not want to see that (Very straight face.) I could not stand the Guardians of the Galaxy movie; unfortunate considering I enjoyed the Giffen Star-Lord and DnA comics which came a few years before it.

 

Up until now, I did not know that I wanted that.

 

Maybe one of these days I will find out what all of fuss is about with Guardians of the Galaxy.

 

Now I want an Archie and the Punisher sequel: Archie and the Punisher vs Predator.

 

Frankly, it's impressive that you find the time to not see movies on top of all the books you're not reading.

 

Well it will be interesting because the last time we saw the black sun most of them lost there heads.

 

Is there a star wars comic comic coming out this week?

 

Yeah, Princess Leia #3 is finally coming out, a couple weeks late.

I'm kind of hoping Lando tries to steal the Executor.

 

How the hell can I make sure I'm keeping up with the dang comics?! I haven't gotten any of the "new canon" comics. What do I need and how can I make sure I don't miss anymore?

You mean what, a newsletter, or the actual comics?

 

The comics if you want them but if you just want the recap wookieepidia works.

 

To do that you would have to take time off from talking on a forum about a franchise you don't even like anymore.

 

You know, the way Soule keeps teasing that the "identity" of this ship is a big deal, you could very well be on to something.

 

And size does, y'know, matter....

 

He steals the Executor, finds out it's actually a very accurate duplicate, and ditches it in the Coruscant undercity.

 

It's a ridiculous amount of fun. Alex is also writing a great comic from Dark Horse called GRINDHOUSE.

She's' immensely talented and a lovely person and it's great to see her enjoying renewed success after a few years off doing other things after the critical success of SMOKE.

 

Will the Lando series get a TPB?

 

I'd be surprised if it didn't.

 

Of course it will... Unless the sales are abysmal, in which case hell will freeze over first based on current figures for sales.

Probably come out Jan-Feb 2016 time.

 

Yeah, it'll sell more than enough. And considering the creative team behind the Lando book (Maleev and Soule) it's a shoe in to be collected.

 

Does Marvel include the covers of each issue in their Collected Editions?
