Sounds fun to us simply because we are just reading it at our leizure. However being a part of an actual publishing company where it is your job to work on this stuff it can very quickly turn into a very tedious experience where you are concentrating not on simply enjoying the story but instead looking out for grammar errors, continuity problems...etc....etc....

Similar to the idea of working on video games. Working on video games on the surface sounds like an awful fun profession. Until you start thinking about everything that goes into making a video game.

Editing can actually be a fun and constructive process especially if you work with someone who knows their stuff.

Yeah if is a four part series like Shattered Empire was and it is released weekly than it would get finished about the same time TLJ is released. Probably end up being something along the lines of Chewie flying back to the Resistence base and telling Leia about Han and potentially set up a bit of the politics that we may see in VIII.

The price implies five issues. So probably a miniseries. That seems a little late for Darth Maul and I don't see why they would classify it. It's probably whatever will be presumably announced at Celebration and is being worked on by Heather Antos.

The Maul series will end around June/July and then we got the Rogue One comic adaption after that which will end about October. So November would be the time a new unnanounced mini would premiere.

That's a trade paperback being published in November so all issues will be out by October.

collecting the small add on comics - interesting.

Also does anyone know when Star Wars Annual 2 will be collected in a TPB?

Do you think that woman on the cover of Poe Dameron #16 is an older Alecia Beck from Smuggler's Run: A Han Solo & Chewbacca Adventure?

Wouldn't be Noto's first time illustrating her... but there is a pretty large scar missing on the Poe Cover, so maybe not?

It is interesting how they are drawing Aphra on these covers. Likely it is just the artists style (as I believe it is the same artist that did Shattered Empire) but she definitely does look a lot different than how they are presently drawing Aphra on the covers of the issues released already.

I thought she was confirmed dead in Shattered Empire? Or was that another character?

No, she was (badly) impersonated by Shara Bey in Shattered Empire, and was called out for it. Seems they didn't know they were impersonating someone with a cybernetic eye, and that was kind of a big tell.

It think the woman on the cover could be Phasma without the helmet. Kinda look like her actress and well it looks like she will appear in the next Issue. But I would be suprised when they would show her before TLJ.

At the end I think the other lady from the Han Comic is more realisic.

It's possible that's Phasma without the helmet. And I don't think it's an issue if they show her in a comic before TLJ, as unless Phasma is non-human, then we can safely guess what she looks like.

It's not like it is a big deal showing us Phasma's real face without the helmet prior to TLJ. Anybody who watches Game of Thrones would have a good idea what she will look like anyways. Maneurisms might be a little different but it will be the same face.

Um, I think you are right.

I just read the short summary for the issue, something I didn't do when I made my previous comment. The summary mentions this: Who is Malarus and what does she want?

So there we have it, Malarus, not Phasama or Alecia Beck.
