    Alias: Havok
    Age: 29
    Gender: Male
    Species: Mutant
    Powers/Abilities:
Havok absorbs ambient stellar energy and reemits it as a focused plasma blast strong enough to melt steel or fry a person, although he can finely tune it to cause little or no damage. Alex has at times required a containment suit to keep all the energy from constantly discharging. He is immune to his brother Cyclops' power, and vice versa.
Weakness(es): He is weak against psychic type attacks and also his powers cannot hurt his brother, Scott Summers.
    Height (in foot/inches): 6?
    Weight (in pounds): 180lbs
Hair Color/Style: Blonde, Short and Wild
    Nationality (if applicable): American, Caucasian
    Faction/Team: X-Men
    Clothing/Equipment: [image=http://www.marvel.com/universe3zx/images/thumb/9/9c/Havok_bio.jpg/442px-Havok_bio.jpg]
    Biography:
Alexander Summers is the younger of the two sons of Christopher Summers and his wife Katherine Anne. When Alex was a boy growing up in Anchorage, Alaska, his father took the family for a flight in their airplane. It came under attack by a Shi'ar spacecraft. As the plane caught fire and was crashing, his parents fastened Alex and his older brother, Scott, into a parachute and pushed them off the plane in hopes that they would survive.
The Summers boys were put in an orphanage and Alex was soon adopted though his brother Scott remained there for much of his childhood. Alex was raised by the Blandings; a family whose son, Todd, died in a car accident. They tried to make Alex fit into the image of their son and he tried to do as best he could. When the boy responsible for Todd's death kidnapped Alex and his foster sister, Haley, Alex manifested his powers for the first time incinerating the boy. Sinister appeared eager yet surprised that Alex?s potential exceeded that of Scott's but he seemed to lack control over his gift. Sinister placed psi-blocks on both Alex and Haley's minds causing them to forget what had happened that night.
Alex went on to study and earn a degree in geophysics at college. As a young man, Scott, now the hero Cyclops and the leader of the X-Men, located Alex and they discovered that Alex was also a mutant. Unable to fully control his powers, Alex was captured by the villain the Living Pharaoh, who shared the same energy-absorption abilities. Locking Alex in a shielded cell, the Pharaoh was able to absorb additional energy to become the Living Monolith.

After the Monolith was defeated by the X-Men and Alex was freed, the Monolith returned to normal.
Alex was then captured by Bolivar Trask and his Sentinels, who were bent on controlling or eradicating all mutants. Trask fashioned a costume for Alex that would help him control his powers and Alex took the code name Havok. Trask turned out to be a mutant himself and the Sentinels were defeated by the X-Men. Havok actively joined the X-Men and began a relationship with Lorna Dane(Polaris) much to the anger of Iceman who was romantically interested in her. While the senior X-Men were in the Savage Land, Havok and Polaris were approached by Professor Xavier about the imminent invasion of the alien Z?Nox. During this time the couple fell in love. Havok and Polaris were occasional members and allies of the X-Men for years. During one of their adventures, Polaris was possessed by the mutant Marauder Malice, ending the romantic relationship for a time.
Havok befriended Wolverine and they shared some adventures together. While they were vacationing in Mexico, they were targeted by a terrorist cell. They managed to deal with their hunters, but were fooled by a damsel in distress who was actually a member of the terrorist group. Havok woke up in a hospital, in the care of nurse Scarlet McKenzie, the assassin without disguise. She manipulated Havok and made him fall in love with her. Scarlett was working for the Russian Scientist, Dr. Neutron(Meltdown), who wanted to use Ha

    Real Full Name: Frank Castle
    Alias: The Punisher
    Age: Around 33
    Gender: Male
    Species: Human
    Powers/Abilities: High pain threshold
Weakness(es): Be killed in the way any other human can.
    Height (in foot/inches): 6'1"
    Weight (in pounds): 200 lb
    Hair Color/Style: Black, combed back.
    Nationality (if applicable): U.S.A
    Faction/Team: Anti-Hero
    Clothing/Equipment: http://www.spiderfan.org/characters/images/punisher/pun01.jpg
    Biography:
Castle has since devoted his life to eradicating organized crime, using the nom de guerre of the Punisher, using his combat experience (4 years as a Marine Captain in a special forces unit in the Vietnam War), guerrilla warfare (combat assault attacks, assassinations, ambushes, hit and runs, bombings, using the enemies' own money, weapons, and supplies against them), urban warfare (using the crowded city of New York to blend in and disappear), psychological warfare (putting fear into the hearts of criminals), using detective-like skills (talking to people, reading obtained files on the people he goes after, tracking and surveilling the enemy), always adapting to the enemy such as using the Mafia's own methods and tactics against them (interrogating and torturing criminals to death in order to get info from them) and whatever resources and means may be necessary to do so, ranging from light anti-tank weaponry to enraged polar bears.

The Punisher has fought just about every criminal organization in existence (as well as some fictional ones that don't exist). He's battled the Italian Mafia, the Russian Mafia, the Japanese Yakuza, the Colombian and Mexican drug cartels, the Chinese Triads, Jamaican Yardies, the Irish Mob, biker gangs, street gangs, gunrunning militias, muggers, killers, rapists, psychopaths, sadists, pedophiles, and sometimes even corrupt cops. The Punisher also assaults the businesses criminals thrive on from drug and weapon dealing to money laundering, human trafficking, etc. The Punisher has been fighting organized crime for long enough that he knows their modus operandi and can often predict their actions in advance. Of course, many of these criminal organizations have tried to kill the Punisher, using both their own men and hired contract killers. But the Punisher has survived and defeated (and, most often, killed) almost every assassin, hitman, bounty hunter, and mercenary sent after him.

Interestingly enough, Frank Castle's timeline has remained untouched when Marvel took the liberty of backsliding the time frames of other Marvel characters. Frank Castle's history has never been altered or moved up; he has effectively aged in real time from the Vietnam War.

The number of criminals that the Punisher has slain is enormous. Comic book writer Garth Ennis and the fan base have speculated that the death toll could be somewhere in the thousands. Despite this the Punisher himself has a very pessimistic view on his own activities, believing that he ultimately has little or no effect on making the world a safer place. This is somewhat revealing as to the real motives for his activities, illustrating a notable departure from many other comic book heroes.

The Punisher is someone who is very mobile. He has many bases of operations and does not limit himself to working only in New York city. He has been to many places in the U.S. and around the globe fighting crime and going to places like the British Isles (namely Scotland, Northern Ireland and the British capitol city of London), Africa, Latin America (Central and South America),Europe and Russia. The Punisher has an extensive criminal record due to his activities, and law enforcement such as the police, the FBI, the CIA and even S.H.I.E.L.D. are aware of his existence and have made many attempts to capture him; however, many uniformed and plain-clothed police officers are reluctant to take any action against the Punisher because they largely agree with him. On the other hand, the Punisher himself has total disregard for what the police or the public think of him. In t

    Rooftop

Before Spiderman gave an answer, Cloud noticed a faint sound coming from somewhere nigh. He couldn't tell where from, and he couldn't identify what type of sound it was. But it was approaching the rooftop, and quite promptly at that. And then it hit him like a cold slap in the face. Aqua had come to rescue him. The sounds, which Cloud now knew as ripples of water, became amplified, and soon a puddle was forming right behind Spiderman's feet.

The puddle of blue water began to rise, and take shape of something that could not be identified yet. But as the shaping evolved, it took the shape of a human body, and the water disappeared, replaced by the anti-hero known as Aqua. She was adorned in her usual light blue, skin-tight jumpsuit with the white "A" across the chest, and her hair was drenched from her recent transformation into water. Her face, unlike most people of her kind, was unmasked, revealing a gorgeous face.

"So, Spiderman," she said, walking in front of the taller man before her and laying her hand on his cheek softly. "At last we finally meet. After all, we've both been doing our respectful jobs for some time now." She smiled the enchanting smile that had become her trademark over time.

    IC: Dynamo

In less than ten minutes, Dynamo was on top of the Emprie State Building. No taxi cab could have gotten anyone there that fast. He perched at the very top, taking in the view of NEw York City. So much had changed since he had last been here.... and yuet, so much was the same. Despite Spidey's efforts, the city still seemed uneager to clean itself up. Dynamo breathed in, feeling the air rush around him. It was nice, but he had a job to do. Spdiey had interfered with him. Perhaps if Spidey had been around when Dynamo last opporated in New York, he wouldn't be a problem. But alas, Spidey had only been around a few years... he probably didn't remember Dynamo's previous crime spree as Havoc.

Drawing his mind back ot th present, Dynamo slowly moved down to the top window. He was unsteady, and the wind up here was doing nothing to calm and steady him. He glanced inside and saw many people bustling about, doing this and that, trying to make a living. Slwoly, he placed his hand on the window. His palm glowed an irridescent blue for a short while, then the windo shattered as thousands of volts of elecricity flowed through it. Ignoring the shouts and terrified glances he recieved, he glided in and landed softly on his fet. People hurried away, and tried to get into the elevators. The doors would not open. In a calm voice, sounding strange and electrical, Dynamo spoke. "I am terribly sorry for the inconvienence. It is not that I have anything against you. Spider-Man has been a nuiscense and I need some way to gain his attention. So, instead of thinking aobut how terribly it will be to die, try instead glorying in the fact that you died for a cause... My cause. What better cause is there?" And with that, Dynamo finished his plan.

The floor glowed brightly as lights, computers, monitors, cameras, televisions, radios, and many mroe electrical devices exploded. Thousands of volts of electricity flowed freely around the room, killing all it touched... except for Dynamo, who stood there calmly. As his work was completed, the free energy gathered in a sphere around Dynamo, turning the Empire State Building into a giant becon. Perhaps Spidey would get his message... or maybe he'd have to move donw another floor...

Location: Outside Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters

A red corvette slowed to a stop on the stone driveway of Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. It had been so long since the man in the car had been here, after he had gone on a trip back to Alaska. The man opened the door, the silent creak told him to make a mental note to fix that. He got his backpack, which was all he had. As he closed the door, hearing the thump, he smiled. He took in the familiar smell, and then walked up the stone driveway to the door. He didn't feel like making a scene or scaring anyone, so he pressed the doorbell. The button made a loud ding dong as he pushed the button in. He was wearing a tight blue shirt that had 'Anchorage' on it, with a picture of the cold Alaskan city. He also wore baggy jeans and tennis shoes. On his head was a blue hat, pointed back.

He waited patiently for somebody to come. The others were probably in the Sub-Basement, practicing. There was a loud technical beep, coming from the watch on his wrist. He rose his arm, and looked at his watch. It was nothing. He kept on waiting, patiently for someone to open the door.

The doorbell sounded faintly through the mansion, catching the pointy ear of Kurt Wagner as he sat opposite the television, waiting for Scott and Bobby to arrive.

    "Doorbell!"

No answer. Wagner tried again, but to no avail. Scott could watch the news on his own- it was rude to leave a guest waiting so long. There was a brief inrush of air and a cloud of foul-smelling purple smoke, then the fuzzy blue elf reappeared at the door to the Institute. He opened it to revel-

"Alex?" Kurt's jaw nearly hit the floor. "What are you doing back here?"

He heard Kurt vamp(forgot what its called). He then saw the blue elf open the door to the mansion. Some purple smoke that smelled like something nasty was still visible. As the door swung open, he could see that the face of the fuzzy blue elf was in a joyful mood, but with a hint of annoyance and a little frustration.

"Alex?" said Kurt. "What are you doing back here?" asked Nightcrawler, almost as if his jaw detached itself from his face.

Trying not to laugh aloud, he grinned, trying really hard to supress his voice from emitting laughter. To stop himself, he twisted his wrist slightly, which cause him some pain. He then wiped the grin off of his face, and itched behind his right ear. He smiled as Kurt looked like he had just seen a ghost. Alex didn't blame him, he had left in such a hurry that nobody, well except for Professor Xavier, knew where he was. He was a little angry that day, but he couldn't remember the exact reason why. It had to do with him breaking his wrist or something and that he should of stayed there. His wrist was still killing him, but he had been through worse situations. "I came back to see you guys, before I go back to the city that is. Is that a problem?" He asked, jokingly. He had remembered that he was still apart of the X-Men, but was still uneasy about it. He loved the Mansion, but from some of his past actions, especially with the sibling rivalry that shows between Havok and Cyclops, it sometimes was hard.

The only thing he found out was that they had moved to another city, but nobody would say where. He went searching for them, but found no trace, not even a fingerprint. He looked down at his tennis shoes, then looked back up. "Is Scott down in the Danger Room again?" he asked. He somehow could always know where his brother would be in the Mansion. Well, spite the fact it was obvious that Scott spent 90% of his time down in the Sub-Basement. He smiled weakly, trying to look happy to be back. He still stood outside, listening to the birds singing. He felt a cool breeze against his body, making the hair on the back of his neck rise.

"Sure, and would you please?" he said. He just wanted to see that he wasn't the only one left. It might become a fight, like usual, but still he needed to know that he wasn't the only one. He walked into the Mansion, and almost gasped. It was as if it had gotten bigger. Reaching his full height, he stood a good three inches taller than the fuzzy blue elf. He smiled down at him, and waited. He then looked around the entry, and saw that it hadn't changed a bit. That was good, that meant no attacks on the mansion. He then, standing in the doorway, waited for his brother. He had all the time in the world, well at the moment that is.

    IC: Hobgoblin

Hobby leapt lightly from his goblin glider before the entrance of the news station premises. He touched a button on his remote, and the glider soared up above the rooftops of the city, to circle ominously, like a great bird of prey.
Hobby dusted his cloak slightly, and sauntered into the building. A receptionist glanced up, raising a finger in an "I'll be right with you," gesture, and froze. She looked up in dawning horror, opened her mouth wide, and screamed. People all around the reception area were looking around now...Hobby hurled a ghost bomb.
Immediately, an explosion of gray gas hissed through the room. There were shouts, cries of fear and pain as men and women stumbled over each other in their haste to escape. Within moments, however, hacking coughs and rattling gasps replaced the screams, and in the space of a bare ten seconds, there was succession of muffled thuds as the bodies of a good two dozen people hit the carpet.
The smoke thinned, and cleared. Hobby stood amidst the slumped-over bodies, gazing around in satisfaction at the unconscious forms surrounding him. He laughed loudly, and began to stride impressively from the room...only to trip over the receptionist, who had almost succeeded in reaching the security alarm. Hobby staggered with a curse, but just managed to catch himself on the desk.
Straightening his costume, Hobby continued on his way, cloak swirling behind him. He marched straight to the elevator, and pressed the button. He hopped up and down slightly as he waited. The doors opened with a loud ding, and a man in a smart suit came walking out, only to stagger back into the elevator at the sight of Hobby and the smell of gas. He frantically pressed the "close doors" button, but Hobby seized the doors, held them open for the moment it took to leap inside (and tuck his cloak in behind him), and seized the man by the throat, lifting him effortlessly from the ground to slam him against the wall.
"Where is the broadcast going on?" snarled Hobby. It would be interesting if it could be recounted that the businessman valiantly lied, but in fact, he was only too glad to help.
"5th floor, second door on the right!" he choked urgently. Hobby chuckled (in genuine amusement, for once), and gave the man a healthy zap of electricity from his gloves. The suited man collapsed in a huddle on the floor.
Ignoring his presence, Hobby thumbed the button for fifth floor. By the time the doors opened again, he was singing along with the elevator music. Still humming the tune, Hobby stepped out of the elevator...and straight into a horde of security guards, who had seen all of his antics, as Hobby had forgotten to knock out the security camera in the reception area.
"Surrender!" cried the leader, a brawny man with a mustache, gripping his .45 in a slightly unsteady grip.
Hobby chucked a pumpkin bomb. An explosion rocked the hallway. There was a moment of confused fighting, in which no damage was done to Hobby, and the smoke cleared to reveal only three guards standing, and a gaping hole in the wall, through which the stunned news crew could be seen staring.
Hobby seized two guards, banged their heads together cartoon-style, and proceeded. He punched the third so hard that the man's chest immediately collapsed, and he flew back all the way down the corridor, to slam into the janitorial closet.
Hobby strode through the gaping hole made by his bomb, stepping in front of the camera so carelessly left by the news crew in their flight.
    "Hello, New York..." he began.

Most people didn't get to try this... as a matter of fact, he was the only one he could think of that could eve withstand this. It truly was ahumbling experience, to be around os much power. He brough his mind back and glanced up at a clock, only to realize it was already destroyed due to the surging electricity in the room. He'd give Spider-Man five more minutes. "Alex? What are you doing back here?"

Kurt's words reverberated off of the marble walls, all the way back into Scott Summers' room, where he was straightening his collar and hand-brushing his hair. He took a step, and his feet turned to concrete.

    ...Alex...

Alex Summers, his younger brother, had always been quite the rogue, unlike his straightlaced brother. Whether or not it was going to be good to have him back was yet to be seen, but he surely had justified reservations as of now.

Two deep breaths later, Scott emerged into the main room.

"Hello, New York," Hobby began. "Before we get down to business, let me share this with all of your little friends..." He chuckled happily, stepped aside, and carefully wired his ingenious little device into the main broadcasting computer.
All across the country, regular stations were suddenly interrupted, as a man in a goblin suit appeared on the screens of every television-watching american.
"Well," said Hobby with a grin that no one could see under his mask, "I am here to correct a fatal error by this news station. It was said that criminal attacks are on the rise..." He chuckled yet again. "...they are not. I, the Hobgoblin, am on the rise. I have decided to take this city, and all who live here. All of this is mine." This speech, Hobby thought, was quite impressive. He had worked late into the night on it yesterday, and it was currently scrolling down the teleprompter, thanks to his ILD (Ingenious Little Device).
"And so, America, welcome to the Hobgoblin Marathon," Hobby intoned in a deep, threatening voice. "Which will only end when all of the spandex-wearing fools in this city have come to me on their knees and begged their new ruler for mercy..." Hobby let out a long, cold laugh, and stepped away from the screen. He would return in a few minutes, but for now, he was going to enjoy the sensation this must be causing.
Hobby logged onto the news database, where, even as he predicted, there were already countless messages with "Hobgoblin" in the title. But, strangely enough, there were about an equal number about some supervillain who had apparently taken an entire skyscraper full of people hostage.
Hobby scowled. Why was it that whenever he came up with a brilliant idea, some cursed dolt had to come in and try to steal his thunder? The only thing for it was to give the New Yorkers something else to think about.
Hobby hurried back in front of the camera, laughing maniacally. "No, I'm not gone, all of you pathetic...er...fools! I shall never be gone! Never! Neverrrrrrr!!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!." Not exactly a brilliant monologue, perhaps, but it got the point across to most terrified citizens.

    [Havok/ Alex Summers]

"Right here, Alex. I must say, I'm surprised to see you." said his older brother. Alex looked into his brothers red glasses, which were lined with a certain element that he could never remember. Ruby quartz, or something like that, he had been told a thousand plus times, but it never seemed to register. Besides that, Alex was suprised himself that his brother had extended his own hand. Alex took out his own hand, the one that wasn't broken, and returned the gesture. But, he didn't withdraw his hand, not yet that is. While shaking his brother's hand, he stared into his eyes again, keeping a straight face and he also tried not to blink as much.

"Thought I wouldn't come back because of my outburst?" he said. It was a joke, atleast he had tried to make it into a joke, only he didn't think his brother could understand jokes from his rebellious brother. He had always been a rebel, it was just his personality. He hated to stand still, and always had to be moving. He finally withdrew his hand, after about a minute. "Anything happen while I was gone?" he asked with straight face. He had learned that when talking to somebody with the personality of a leader, which his brother always had been gifted with, that you should stare them in the eyes with a straight face.

Everything stood still for a moment. The television was on, he could tell that it was on the news. He listened, trying to pick out what it said while waiting for his brother. Too bad it wasn't a little bit louder. Then, Alex thought of something, and turned his mind back to his brother. He took his broken wrist arm, and straightened his hat, as to show that he was not the man he used to be. He still had a bit of the rebel in him, okay alot of the rebel in him, but he had also gained a bit of obedience also.

"Crooked and high," responded Cloud, apprently now able to speak despite the enjuries to his torso. "That was a pretty good show you put on back there. Now I guess we're both criminals, eh?" He continued, laughing. "Why did you do it? I mean, all I am is a petty criminal who robs grocery stores to make a living for his fam-" he cut himself off, "for himself."

Peter chuckled under the stark crimson of his webbed mask. He barely caught the 'fam' part before it was switched to 'for himself'. He knew that this man didn't want to give away any information about himself, even at the slightest. And in no way did he want to be categorized as a woos by one of Earth's greatest champions. Parker kept to himself for the time being, before turning around to face his.. well.. he didn't know what he was anymore considering the strange occurence earlier. He was about to object, a stern index finger up in the air when suddenly he felt a low rumbling under his feet, and then a puddle began to form.

The sharp sensation rang through Spider-Man's mind again, causing him to jump backwards, crouching just off the edge of the roof. Within moments, a strange woman he'd never seen before appeared before Peter. This woman was dressed from shoulders to toes in a bright blue body-stocking, an 'A' etched over her chest. Her hair was drenched, dropping over a very attractive, and un-covered face. Peter's heart almost dropped, harsh memories of the MJ/Hydro-Man incident boiling up again, but he kept his composure as the woman came up slowly and laid a sift hand over Spidey's masked cheek.

"So, Spider-Man,", she paused "At last we finally meet. After all, we've both been doing our respectful jobs for some time now." Pete's eye quirked up in confusion. What? Who was this woman? 'Atlast, they'd finally met'?

He didn't feel any danger from this person, nor from Cloud who was idly staring at the scene, but suspicion was still there; not to mention that his Spider-Sense was pointing him southward towards the Empire State building, as if trouble was abrew that way. Parker laid a hand over hers, pulling it away, "Shame.. can't say the same about you, darlin'.", he looked over her shoulder at Cloud before adding, "I've got a date. Wish me luck." He motioned for Aqua to move back, and simply stepped back, plummeting endlessly toward the busy afternoon street of New York City.

With a single line of webbing, he was off towards the Empire State building, pulling hard on the swing as it arched down to gather up as much speed as possible. His Spider-Sense was becoming crazier and crazier inched closer to his destination..

GM EDIT: I've decided to create a small tweak in the rules for now. I will allow ALL players the chance to use more than one character. In order for this to happen, however, I will need the other rules to apply to that character just as much as to your original character. Other than that, I want all Sheets PMed to either me or (if I'm not available) Enigma for Approvement. Thank you.

The electricity continued to swirl, by now the people below Dnamo had begun to take notice of the swirling lightning expelled from the top of their building. Several had tried the elevator, but to no avail. Others tried the stairs, but were met by a wall of electricity as they attempted to climb them. Dynamo didn't mind killing them, but he was not particularly fond of killing either. Despite his current profession, he was an optimist. He figured that He'd give spider-man the extra two minutes he had silently given him before mving on to kill more people.

    Another Character of mine

Real Full Name: Piotr Nikolaievitch Rasputin

    Alias: Colossus

    Age: 30

    Gender: Male

    Species: Mutant

    Powers/Abilities:
Strength Level: In his normal human form Peter Rasputin possesses the normal human strength of a man of his age, height, and build who engages in intensive regular exercise. In his Mutant form, he can left (press) at least 70 tons under optimal conditions. As a teenager Colossus was able to lift (press) 70 tons. As an adult he is now somewhere between the 90-100 class.

Known Powers: Colossus is a mutant with the superhuman ability to convert the tissue of his entire body into an organic steel-like substance, granting him superhuman strength and a high degree of resistance to bodily harm. This substance, resembling organic steel, is of unknown composition but appears to be analogous to osmium and to carbon steel. He is able to transform into this armor-like state at will (the process is virtually instantaneous) and remain in that form for an as yet undetermined amount of time. (The longest time he has remained in armored form so far has been five days). Once in his armored form he remains so until he consciously wills himself back to normal. If he is rendered unconscious, however, he spontaneously reverts to his normal form. While in his armored state, Colossus possesses the same degree of mobility that he does in his normal form.

Invulnerability. The process by which Colossus transforms himself to armored form and back (including his gain of additional mass from an unknown, perhaps extra-dimensional, force) remains unknown. Colossus cannot become partially or selectively armored; his body is either entirely converted or not. Even his eyes become steel-like; his eyeballs can withstand and deflect the impact of a .45 caliber bullet.

In his armored form Colossus is highly resistant to most forms of bodily harm. His armor is capable of withstanding ballistic penetration, including that of a 110 millimeter Howitzer shell. He could survive a collision with a loaded, one-ton flatbed truck at 100 miles per hour or an explosion of 450 pounds of TNT. He can survive extremes of temperature from 70 degrees above absolute zero (-390 degrees Fahrenheit) to approximately 9000 Fahrenheit. However, it is theorized that above the latter temperature, his armored form would begin to melt. Colossus's armored form cannot rust under normal Earth conditions.

Colossus is in unusually fine physical health, permitting the transition back and forth from his normal organic flesh state to his armored form to occur with minimal stress on his system. His normal lungs are capable of holding his breath for 3.6 minutes. In the past he has exhibited a minimal or nonexistent need to breathe while in his armored state. However, it is believed that he could not survive for long in a vacuum. His endurance and speed are somewhat greater in his armored form.

Known Abilities: Talented artist in drawing and painting.

(Colossus can transmute his entire body into solid organic steel. His strength greatly increases upon transformation, as does his height and mass. In armored form he is nearly invulnerable, and doesn't need to breathe or eat. Piotr is also an accomplished artist, but too often has found his world shattered by violence and death. )

Weakness(es): Black Outs, Weak against Psychic mutants and also is weak against rust. He also cannot fight on weak surfaces. He is also weak against strong magnetic energy as he is a metallic substance, it can cancel out some of his powers.

    Height (in foot/inches): (normal) 6'6" (armored) 7'5"

Weight (in pounds): (normal) 250 lbs (113.4 kg) (armored) 500 lbs (226.8 kg)

    Hair Color/Style: Black, short

    Nationality (if applicable): Russian

    Faction/Team: X-Men

    Rooftop

Cloud looked onto the scene as the descending sun's bright rays began to shine in his eyes, causing him to narror his eyebrows and squint a bit in order to see the interaction between Aqua and Spiderman. He watched as he laid her hand on his cheek, an action from her that was all too familiar to him. He was anxious to see how the Spider would act, possibly adding a bit of irony into the scene by falling into her web. However, Aqua's effort was futile.

Aqua was surprised as Spiderman gently moved her hand away from his face. She had never been turned down before, thus she wasn't accustomed to it. "Shame.. can't say the same about you, darlin'," the masked Spider said. Aqua narrowed her eyes in frustration as the Spider looked at Cloud. "I've got a date. Wish me luck." And with that, Spiderman leaped off of the roof, rapidly dropping towards the street below.

Cloud couldn't help but smile as Aqua walked over and held out her hand. "Good going," he joked as he grasped her hand, assisting his body in getting to its feet. He couldn't fully straighten his back, but it wasn't so bad as to keep him immobile.

Aqua grinned. "Guess my magic's wearing off," she said, flipping her dripping hair out of her eyes.

Cloud's hand touched the soft cheek of Aqua, the coldness of her skin touching his hand. "Not in the least." He leaned closer and kissed his beloved wife. "I wonder what Spiderman was up to?"

Aqua shrugged. "Not sure. He did seem in a bit of a hurry, though." She hung her head slightly. "It's too bad. A man with abilities like his should not work so hard to gratify the peace of this wretched society, but rather punish the people of this city for their disdaining acts toward our kind."

Cloud brushed Aqua's hair behind her ear, which had a hole from an earlier piercing. She never wore earrings on the job, however, for it could potentially interfere with her work. "Do not worry. These people will receive what they deserve in time. For now, we should be heading home." He gently placed his hand on Aqua's stomach, which was beginning to show a slight sign of growth. "You might want to start toning it down a notch, too." He winked, and wrapped his arm around her back as they headed towards the trapdoor leading into the prodigious building.

A minute had passed. Dynamo had gotten aggitated. Why isn't he here? Spider-Man was always prompt when dealing with "evil." Did he not care? I don't think my leaping friend could be that great a conversationalist. Thoughts streamed throuhg his head. Once again he was extremely agitated. He came here to retrieve a new leader for Rolling Thunder. He didn't want to kill people... at least not yet. He may get tied up here. That would not be a good thing. His son was taking part in a science fair that he had promised he would be at. If he had to let his son down, Spider-man would pay. But what was more important? His family, or his career? This had been on his mind recently. He loved his family... most people did. BUt he was caught up in world domination. Did he re-enter the domain of villian too early? Should he have waited until his son was a little older? Too late for that now. He'd have to deal with the choices he had made. He glanced at his watch, which was resistant to electrical disruption. It was tricky designing it and took more money than any watch is actually worth, but he didn't care. What else would he do with the money? Anyways, he was looking at his watch. 30 seconds left Spidey. Hurry. Things are about to get hairy.

    Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler

Kurt watched the exchange between the two brothers. He knew something of the problems between Alex and Scott; heck, he'd bveen tangled up in some of it, albeit in a very minor way. But this wasn't something he felt he should be around for. As the brother stumbled through introductions, the mutant quietly excused himself, going back to the television to watch the news instead.

Only one news station had broken free of Hobby's little marathon: CNN. At this very moment, the newslady was speaking very quickly and loudly.
"...the Hobgoblin has not been apprehended, as he is holding hostages within the building. Outside, S.W.A.T and S.H.I.E.L.D teams are waiting to enter the building, but so far, the Hobgoblin has proven impossible to reason with..."
Hobby threw a crumpled soda can at the television. So far, he had been sitting here for several hours, and nothing had happened, except for a bunch of fools sitting outside the gate. Most annoying. On another day, he might have had fun trashing the groups, but today, he needed superhero involvement. Hobby waited.

    High Above Manhattan

    CRASH!!

One of the many floor-to-ceiling windows shattered inward, glass spreading throughout the trashed office. The Spider stopped himself with a sharp plant of his booted soles, scanning the room briefly through his crimson mask. He was on the one-hundred second floor of the tremendous skyscraper - the tallest one since the Ground Zero tragedy nearly 18 years earlier. This was the same floor where all of the rucus had been developing.

Peter hadn't asked anyone down below for advice on the situation. He felt that after the earlier incident, the citizens of the Big Apple would have trouble coping with him for now. But they'd get over it, they always did.

Countless cabinet drawers were slid ajar. Chairs and office desks were tipped over, computers and all sorts of pamphlets and forms littered the carpetted flooring. But then, beneath all else were scattered, mangled, and charred corpses. Who'd done this? And why? Parker was apalled at the sight, the smell of death filling the air so strongly that not even his mask could block it's path to his nostrils. He went up and hunched over one of the bodies, examining it before coming up with a possible conclusion...

    Electro?

No. Electro wouldn't have done this. He was a "get in, get out quick" kind of guy; a petty bankrobber. This was obviously a cheap plan to lure him. Something that the likes of Venom or Carnage would have tried. He sensed a trap. One pulled off by a new kind of villain, no doubt. But who exactly?

Spider-Man stood up, his gaze caught by a glint of bright blue light in the next room. He jumped up, latching on to the cieling, and crawled his way stealthily towards Dynamo. The man was surging with blue electricity, his body and face pale-white with it. He seemed to have been staring deeply into a wrist-watch.

"So I'm guessing that's not your everyday Rolex?", he said with a chuckle, despite the obvious melanchalic and grotesque demeanor of his surroundings.

Dynamo looke dup as Spider-man crawled in along the ceiling. "You ahd three seconds left Spider-Man. Very nicely done. Nearly fahsionably late." He lowered his arm, and turned completely towards Spider-Man. With a thought, he pulled the electricity into himself... obsorbing it. On emay hav ethought it was gone... but it wasn't. He looked up at Spider-Man. "I've been waiting for you." He saw Spider-Man looking around at the carnage surrounding him. He too looked around him. "Oh, don't get me wrong. I didn't want to do this." He gestured aroudn the room. "I didn't mind, but I didn't want to. So, now that you are here, what do you plan to do?" Dynamo did not wish to reveal the fact that he could care less about the Spider-Man jsut now, and he too did not want to let Spider-Man know his plans for now. He hope dot confuse him, if ever so slightly. He needed to get out of here soon though. Hopefully he could end this quickly.

"Thought I wouldn't come back because of my outburst?"

Scott waited two seconds, gripped his hand, and leaned in so that his mouth was inches away from his brother's ear. He opened his mouth slowly and rasped:

"One more, and you'll never be welcomed back, trust me."

Not often known for one who appreciated humor, Scott breathed in and stood back up straight. He glared straight into his brother's eyes, and turned back to Kurt and Bobby, glued to the TV.

"Kurt, we have a situation in Manhattan. While I was getting dressed, a transmission was patched through to the NewsNet. He's called Hobgoblin, and he's got hostages. Gather who you can, Kurt, try and contact Rasputin, he should be around.

Scott took a deep breath and pressed his lips together firmly, before giving his final pre-mission order:

"Brace yourselves, gentlemen. This one's no amateur, and there is going to be mass hysteria everywhere. We're leaving in two minutes."

Leaving Iceman, Nightcrawler, and Havok standing motionless in the den, Cyclops spun and sprinted back to the giant circular room that held their uniforms and gear. He leaned his head down a bit as he ran, so that his belt-attached comlink would pick up his urgent voice:

    "X-Jet, code 6, activate."

The ship would be warming up and arming itself as they got ready. Time was running low.
