ST Mashup of all available clips

Hi Guys, some of you may have seen I have been posting Supercuts of all the trailers, just though maybe a thread that has that kind of thing - so to kick things off, is this the best (so far) Supercut Trailer....?

Their chronology is way off.

 

Very first shot is out of order. By a lot. And a bunch of other scenes.

 

Where was the lightsaber scenes? We've seen the lightsaber lying in the sand and also Maz handing it to Leia scene...oh and they go to Maz' before they go to the Resistance base I believe.

Got to agree about the huge errors in the timeline, someone has not been paying attention.

That's a great edit by our very own thejeditraitor I believe.

Major nitpicking -I reckon there are a couple of shots out of place:

Finn saying you don't know anything about me is in Maz's I believe.
Rey walking down the stairs is actually the Resistance base after the Droids have solved the puzzle so I think is the last shot we have.
"I can do this/ I can do this" should come before Rey punches it and the Falcon takes off
Rey running in the Falcon might even come before all those beats as well.

But other than that, great job.

That's a good music choice but have you tried it with something from the OT? Like the Asteroid Chase, the Battle of Yavin or Hyperspace (from the end of ESB) for example?

How good does that film look though? I'd watch it.

I think the shot of BB-8 in the orange lighting is him noticing the TIE's coming in out of the sunset. He alerts them to the attack, imho. I'd put it right in front of the TIE/sunset shot. maybe.

ya I'm really beginning to lean toward this being a movie worth catching over the holidays.

 

I was also going to wait to see TFA for free on an airplane or something, but now, I might just see it in a cinema.
