Shouldn't we see a bit more of that just like it happened in Earth history. Especially during the New Sith Wars. It's less obvious when humans do it, but it would be fun to see a whole species move to a diffeent area of space/planet The only ones i can think of are:

-The Tho Yor bus ride to Tython

-The Spiner exodus when their sun blew up

    We should make a list.

-The Tho Yor bus ride to Tython
-The Spiner exodus when their sun blew up
-Hutts moving to Nal Hutta after Varl was destroyed.
-The Evocii getting moved to Nar Shaddaa after they lost Nal Hutta.

The Tionese might have to say something about that as they claim Humanity came from the Tion and then went everywhere else. ;)

I was just quoting Core propaganda for the barbarous masses. The truth is best kept within the borders of Tion and civilization.

The Taung from Notron (Coruscant) to Roon, and eventually to the world that would come to be known as Mandalore.

I always saw Xim as an Alexander the Great copycat. Young conquerors, more ambitious than just about anyone before or after them, died without succeeding in their efforts to conquer everything. The main differences are that Xim was a pirate, and that Alexander is remembered in an overwhelmingly positive light throughout the lands he conquered and also Western Europe, whereas Xim has a more traditional tyrant's reputation.

    I don't know, maybe that's a connection only I have made.

You of course mean Alexander is a copycat as SW happend a long time ago :p

The Tionese love him, the Hutts laugh at them for it because they killed him, so everyone is happy. ;)

The Xim connection to Alexander is furthered by how the Tion Cluster comes off as a great big Ancient Greece expy, in contrast to the early Republic's Rome.

Yes, the Tion is very vaguely like ancient Greece. I don't know about the Old Republic and ancient Rome. I would imagine the Galactic Republic started out as an actual democracy (or something similar at least) before devolving into a Roman-style republic with a Senate where basically only aristocrats have representation (considering that corporations and/or guilds also have representation and that, in 32 BBY, Palpatine takes power with results that need no introduction, the Old Republic starts to actually look fascistic). Considering that the Core Founders come off as an aristocratic clique, I guess I could be wrong.

Why do I now imagine 300 mighty spartan Tionese fighting of the evil armies of the Hutts in a glorious last stand!
    "THIS IS TION!!!"

though.. Rome and Greece.. made me think of Tionese being indeed the human origin, since Coruscant already got the Taung as its indigenious species. Imagine a Tionese sleepership getting lost waaaaay back ending up on Coruscant...only to later have Coreworld Humans expand till Tion and sack it claiming superiority... much like Rome and Greece did. Only that Romulus and Remus were related less to Greece and more to Troy :p an enemy of Greece. So Troy is Hutt Space I guess. Then we'd have Tionese sleeper ship getting lost in Hutt space... hutts enslaving humans.. humans escaping Hutts find not their way back home but to the Core... MAKE THIS CANON ASAP!
