    I think the good news is that it's being phrased that shots fired at the school and not in the school, meaning (hopefully) nobody, especially students, were hurt.

    I thought we'd hit a high water mark when the Bush administration complained that suicide bombers in Iraq should be called "homicide bombers" because they hurt other people when they explode. I guess no record goes unbroken.

    No reports of anybody being killed, so I'm sticking with shooter at present.

    Of course, the NRA would probably have a problem with a shooter being termed a murderer too.

    Jesus Christ what the hell is wrong with these kids?! They probably should have watched Star Wars more often as children. I just don't understand the need to take another life in this way or any way. Damn this is a disturbing trend.
