    Author: Earlybird-obi-wan
    Timeframe: Clone wars
Characters: Master Yoda, Fay and more
    Genre: challenge
Summary: Master Yoda remembers Master Fay. And Fay's brother feels Master Yoda becoming one with the Force
Disclaimer: Star Wars is owned by G.L. and the mouse.

    Master Fay

    Part 1

Four shimmering figures were seen on the projection plates in the garden of a thousand fountains.
Brown and beige clad figures – Jedi knights and apprentices and far too few because the clone wars were taking their toll – were gathered together in a ceremony to commemorate the four Jedi knights who had given their lives during a mission to infiltrate a chemical factory and acquire the antidote to a new Separatist biological weapon known as swamp gas.

Master Fay, Nico Diath, Jon Antilles, Knol Ven'nari and Obi-Wan Kenobi had been on the mission with only Kenobi returning after he was saved by Master Fay. She gave him her Force-powers enabling him to achieve her strength for the moment he needed to jump to safety.

Obi-Wan was there with his padawan Anakin but standing in a place quite near a bush was Master Yoda.

The aged grand master of the Jedi was silent. He remembered when he had seen her the first time on her home planet Moniron.

She was there sitting filthy and crying in the ruins of her ravaged home. An earthquake had destroyed her village, had killed her parents and almost all inhabitants. She was two and radiating a strong presence in the Force.

Yoda was there for her when her brother Jasir came back. He had been away on a hunting trip with his old uncle Jesin Er-Mun and friends Elois Majina and Lindan Sawaya.
Yoda was there for Fay and Jasir Ere-Dun when the parents and friends were buried and helped them to plant the seed of a nephril bush.

Master Yoda could take Fay with him to the Jedi to be trained after getting permission from the authorities and seeing that Jasir had a new home at the place of healer Ghari Adin.

There was a soft smile in the master’s eyes when he turned to see the bush.
It sported now many white flowers. Nephril flowers! They would bloom too in that village.
And closing his eyes briefly he saw in the Force that far away in a beautiful garden was a brother gazing at the same kind of bush. Behind him was the shimmering form of his sister Fay. She was one with the Force.

I love the tie in with the bush and Fay. Is she an OC of yours?

Fay is a canon character appearing in the Star Wars: Republic series of comics

Here is the second part of my story

    Part 2

Many years had passed and the Nephril bush was again blooming with the pure white flowers.
It was a cloudy day and Jasir Ere-Dun was sitting in his beautiful garden and observing the flowers when he saw the shining form of his sister Fay. She was one with the Force and visited him like she had done more.

But now the visit was more; he felt something else.

Far, far away on a jungle covered planet in a hovel made out of clay and mud was an aged being whispering wise words to a young man.

And he smiled and saw the smile on the face of his sister.

“Master Yoda knows. Qui-Gon Jinn has taught him well. The teachings of the Whills are clear to him. Master Yoda is ready to join me.”

“He is!” Jasir became filled with joy when he felt Master Yoda passing in the Force. And he saw the clouds parting and the Nephril flowers shining brightly in the sun.
