Now, now, don't be too hasty, there. It's cool and great and stuff, but let's let John Williams come up with something cool of his own :)

EDIT: OMG, Senny Syndrome is spreading to other threads!

I loved every minute of the Reloaded Score. I could play every track at full blast. Nothing is more exhilarating than the Mona Lisa Overdrive cranked while driving.

Burly Brawl and Neodammerung are definitely my favorites, although (IMO) Brawl[/i[ gets a bit overlong from 3:45-5:10 or so.. Neodammerung is kickass though. A sign of a good piece of fight-scene music is the music recreating the scene in your head; Neodammerung and Burly Brawl definitely does this.

Like in Brawl where the male chorus kicks on at 3:00...you can *see* Neo yank the pole out of the ground twirl it just from the music.

Neodammerung and Burly Brawl are two fantastic tracks on its own. As well as Chateau (sp?)
The Matrix Revolutions is the best of the three. Especially the tracks starting from Neodammerung onwards.

I don't especially like Chateau. Burly Brawl is fantastic, though.

I've just recently started to enjoy the scores from all 3 Matrix films. I compiled a best-of disc with tracks from all 3.

The Trinity music from Revolutions is SO sad :(

...they've release the full scores for Matrix? Man, the versions I have are hardly complete...

They haven't been released officially. There are, however, bootleg releases of all the music from the three Matrix films floating around.

I myself only have the complete version of Reloaded (which is quite good, IMO). I have the commercially released albums of the other two, though.

I still think that, while all three are very good and build on one another well, the first score is the best. "Ontological Shock" is an amazing action cue.

EDIT: I don't especially like Chateau.

I don't like Rob Dougan's version which was used in the film but I really like Don Davis' alternate cue, "Chateau Swashbuckling". It's a lot better.

Damn...that's a shame. Hopefully they release them eventually cause I wouldn't mind getting my hands on them. They're not that bad at all. (Though honestly I'd prefer full version LOTR sountracks, or even Episode II...)

I rather liked "Chateau." Most of Rob Dougan's stuff is good, especially "Clubbed to Death" and "Furious Angels" (though FA is better with lyrics). Oh, and "I'm Not Driving Anymore" (which was used in the Reloaded trailer) is also an excellent driving song.

And while "Navras" is not my favorite song, "Neodaemmerung" absolutely kicks. Although it sounds like he was trying to outdo Duel of the Fates, with the Sanskrit chorus and all.

Yeah, it was reminiscent of DOTF. Although I'd say it's not as good-it tends to get repetitive in a way that DOTF doesn't, which is odd, because DOTF when read does repeat itself.

In any casde, the remix of Neodammerung on Track 16 absolutely rules. Sexy female voices. :D

YES. I knew I wasn't the only one who thought the female voices were hot. All my friends thought I was crazy.

Dude, they are! I'm sure they're not actual people-I'm guessing a) Elves) or b) Angels. They're sexy as hell.

Heh, I wanna listen to that now.
