    Hello all,

    First time poster...

I have a Galactic Passport for May 16th and I cannot wait for it.

I just wondered if any one is going to be going dressed up?
Since it's going to be such a big day, and one of the most important for Star Wars fans, I thought it would be cool to go dressed up as a Jedi for the day.

So is there any one else going dressed up, or will I be the only one???

May the force be with all of us that day.

I'm sure lots of people are going to dress up.

Personally, I'm not one for costumes but I'll definitely have my ROTS t-shirt on.

Depends if I can persuade my comic shop guy to lend me his Jedi costume. He said he'd think about it so I'm hopeful ;)

I have to admit, I only have a cheapy Jedi outfit and the standard (not the delux) robe, and a trusty light sabre.

I just want to make the most of the day.

Yep, come the 16th day of May a jedi I will be.

Just finished a holster for my force-fx saber, so I can cary it discretely under the robe.
I'll be ready for those Sith scum...

The robe will also double as a great comfort blanket during that early morning showings :D

Thanks Raj, my second idea for costume was the 'Lucas Homage' - make a great photo opportunity link

Hey Fal_Zon - no probs ;-) Think its a great idea! was gonna wear jeans anyway, so no harm in adding a shirt :D maybe if there are enough of us we can get a group pic taken with ol' Georgy himself ! :D :D

I'm in London, can someone tell me please where I can find a ROTS t-shirt? And if you know possibly a shop that would have a jedi outfit or at least a black cape similar to Darth Vader's?

You could try 'Forbidden Planet' store on Shaftesbury Av, 2 minutes walk from the Empire, LS for the T-shirt.

Addr: Forbidden Planet Megastore, 179 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, WC2 H 8JR

I do have a 'deluxe Jedi Robe' and 'standard Obi-Wan Costume' link (still sealed/unopened)
going spare, since I now have a custom made outfit [face_dancing]

PM me if you want to have it at cost.

...should of gone to specsavers :-B

I know the gadget shop chain did do a range of 'effect contacts'.

One of those red and orange crazed bloodshot ones, with a bit of dark make-up around the eyes and...

    the transition will be complete!

Jedi no more will you be.

Got the contact lenses sorted out.

All of the costumers should also get together for the Hotdog magazine feature(check the UK national forum).
