Calgary May 7th comic day

Is anyone still interested in promoting our group at Northland mall on May 7th . I would like to be at the store Dr. Haggis mentioned, unless anyone else has other locations of interest. I guess some of the 501st was there last year.

 

Yes, the 501st will be at Northland Mall (Comikazi) for Free Comic Book Day. If we could be there, that would be good.

I'd also suggest that a few of us be at Another Dimension Comics in Kensington. That's a pretty popular one!

There's also the store at Southland Mall (upstairs, on the west end)...

What about Sentry Box? (on 11th ave SW?)

Anywhere else?

P.S. - Costumes, anyone?

 

I would love to check out northland mall. I could also go to the kensington store later as well. Did you manage to print some cards to promote the group? Or maybe we could just print some up on the computer.

 

I was talking to Wes last night about getting him some flyers for our group. He said its gonna be a total SW event as we were wanting to come along. The 501st are gonna be there and also one of the guys signing comics drew SW comics.

If somebody wants to make a flyer and email it to me I can get it printed here and get them to Comikazi very easy.

You said a S.W. event. What location are you guys planning on going to?

 

To clarify, I think it is a "Star Wars" event not a "South West" event.

I have other plans that day, but Veritate should be at Comikazi.

 

Thanks for letting me know, there were a number of locations being thrown around I thought he meant one of the south locations. I guess I will go to the Northland location unless otherwise specified.

 

I'll be @ Northland MAll after 11, til about 12. If assistance is needed.
