Lou, KY May Meet and Eat

Well our usual “May the Fourth” Celebration falls on Derby this year so how about getting together for a dinner the Monday after…May 6th? Or if we want to meet closer to the middle of the month Monday May 13th? How about eating at Chewie’s? …I mean “Chuy’s”, I think the crowds have died down a little now.

Thoughts? Feedback?

 

Appo will be gone again from mid-April threw the whole month of May. I'm open any time so whatever everyone else would like to do I'm open for.

 

i would be open to anything. I'm out of school by then. But i would need a ride, and I now live in Southern IN, so I can't get my normal ride with Zannah. Any takers? I don't Bite!

Excellent. Does one of those dates work better for you than another? Right now I'm leaning towards the May 13 date to give everyone a chance to recover from Derby (and the out of towners time to clear out).

Much as I want to go, I hope Ms Jammie feels better so she can go. Then again, I'm willing to ride in the bed of the truck. I was raised in the south during the 70's and 80's, won't be the first time I traveled long distance in a truck bed

Urp...I'm still full from last night, dang I love their chips.
Thanks to everyone that made the time to come out. It was great to catch up with everyone in person. Even though they won't take call ahead seating even for large groups they still took good care of us. Maybe some of you Facebookers want to give a shout to our waitress "Beth" on the Chuy's site, I think she did a great job with all of us.

 

Had a great time of it. My day had been pretty dang hectic but I knew that after spending time with you all, I'd get decompressed and be able to relax. Sure to form, I recieved my fix and all was well for the rest of the evening. I slept like a babe last night. You all complete me.

I spoke with Estreya to day. She said that her and Nocturnus would have made it but things got in the way.

To Nocturnus, Estreya, Jammies and Miss Jammies, and everyone else who weren't able to make it out, we missed you guys but we'll see you soon of that I'm sure.

I totally missed today (the 14th) is Lucas' Lifeday...I would have rescheduled the Meet and Eat to celebrate, or at least toasted him. Maybe next year. Happy Lifeday George!
