NYC, NY May meeting - May 17th

This is the date we have tentatively planned out, pending confirmation from MoCCA as to the space being available that day. Also, Happy Ninja will be able to attend! Yay!! Any ideas of what we want to do after the meeting that day?

 

Well if the meeting is May 17th... and we'll all be in the city anyway.. Why dont we push The Matrix viewing to Saturday after the meeting and then dinner? This way it'll save people (Namly me) the train and subway fare. (Especially since it goes up on May 4th.. )

 

That sounds like a good idea. Have the meeting then go see the Matrix, followed by dinner. Any objections?

As for "after meeting" plans, you all know me, I'm easy! Anything goes...Wait, that sounded a lot better in my head.

I won't be able to make the meeting..as usual..working(not going to E3 as planned ) But Amanda and I should be up to meeting after the meeting. Movie sounds cool(I definately am seeing it sometime around then) or if too many say no to that...how about the next bowling night?

Oops sorry! MoCCA is the Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art They have graciously allowed us to use their offices as a meeting space.

They are located at 32 Union Square East, Suite 600, in NYC.

Those who plan on going to see THE MATRIX (Movie is 2 hours and 20 minutes long) after the meeting on the 17th We must decide on a theatre NOW and buy tickets from Fandango THIS WEEKEND before Tickets sell out. Sooo Pick a theatre!!

 

Well, Samantha, since I have only a limited knowledge of theatres in the area, I will leave the decision in your capable hands - but of course, remember, somewhere BIG and LOUD!

Also, would someone be able to buy a ticket for me, and I'll pay you back when I arrive?
