Roch, NY May Meeting - Sun May 20th

May's meeting falls on Sunday May 20th.

I know there is tentative involvment in the Walk for Diabetes that day.
Also KnightShade and I are toying with heading out to Motor City Comic Con that weekend.

Does anyone else have a conflict with the 20th?

I would say we could try to cover meeting topics during the post parade picnic, but that never seems to work out.

Well, I did bring my meeting topics list, but didn't remember them until we were all sitting around at the playpark.

I was primarily hoping to review upcoming events (especially the 2 this upcoming weekend).
Remind folks that we need more volunteers for the Hot Dog sale on July 22nd. If we don't get more people signing up, we'll have to cancel again this year.

And, I'm hoping to do the Walk for Diabetes Sunday morning (9am-11am-ish) so I wouldn't be able to attend a regularly scheduled meeting (the 20th at 11am).

What are other folks thoughts?
Do we reschedule? Cancel for this month? Do something after the Diabetes walk?

I am not doing the walk, but I would like to do the meeting. Let me know when and where. You can call me after the walk and let me know where and I can get over to Henrietta or where ever.
