NOTE: Please note, that because we are using Superstore's facilities, they require ALL FOOD AND BEVERAGES to be bought IN THEIR STORE, the DAY OF the MEETING. If we don't adhere to their request, we could be denied use of the room. My suggestion would be to show up at 6, buy your stuff, and then head up to the meeting room at 6:30.

Actually, this room is the one we've used the most lately (actual name is Heritage Meadows Superstore), and it's on the 2nd level (above the floral area) by the West entrance. I realize it's opening day for Indianna Jones 4, but it's the only day we could get for this month.

If people could bring pictures of the Expo I will have my laptop to load them onto for the web site. So bring them on a disk or what ever medium I can copy onto my lap top.

Not too familiar with the south end of the city. Is it possible to get detailed directions so I can attend the meeting. Also i have another person that is the process of signing up for this forum, is it alright if i bring them along ?

The easiest way to get to this superstore is take Deerfoot south. Take the Southland Drive exit and loop around Ikea. Keep heading north after the loop. Take a left at the second light and you can't miss Superstore as it is right beside you.

Hooray I can totally make this meeting, for a while I was worried it would be on the May long weekend and I'll be out of town then so I'm sooo glad! Looking foreward to seeing everyone there, what sort of stuff should I bring?

I am 99% sure that I can make this one.

What we should do is go to see "Indy" after the meeting. (Or see it for a second time) Just a thought.
