Ohio May Meeting

I might bring a freind along if he can do it. He like starwars and like to play Battlefront II and KOTOR I and II.

 

Tonight is the big night. Sounds like we should have a good turnout again.

Sorry for being away for a bit. Busy this weekend and then sick yesterday. We'll be there with bells on tonight (well, not literally).
I'll try to call ahead and reserve some space for tonight if I get a chance at work.

 

BTW--the phone # there is (419) 897-7780 in case anyone gets lost.
I have reserved a table for 12-14 people under "Star Wars Group" --just ask for that at the hostess stand. They plan on having a busy night tonight, so we may have a bit of a wait, so I'm glad that I called.

Okay, someone in a previous post asked if we had minutes from meetings. So let's see...

We talked about Star Wars...
more Star Wars...
a little Harry Potter...
a little Spiderman...

But we did discuss the idea of doing shirts, hats, etc with our logo on it. But we have a problem. We don't have a logo. The Grand Army of the Republic symbol is an idea. Also the Epi II Clone Helmet is an idea. The both can go along with the Black Swamp Squadron title without having to declare allegiace to any one side. What I would need with any design, however, is a good jpg or standard image of the icon. Simple is fine--especially to start.

Also, the 1st Tuesday in July will be July 4th. So the next meeting will need to be moved to a different day--perhaps the next Tuesday?

 

I had a good time and enjoy myself. It was a nice treat from my mother from my birthday that on the 6th. I trun the big 21..yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I did't say anything to everybody bc i did't want them to come over and sing. I'm not really in to that. I'm looking forwad to the next meeting and hope we can get together for X-3 if it works out for everybody.

 

Sorry I missed everyone, wife had a levy on the ballot and got home at midnight. Didn't want subject you all to the three rowdy padawans. Should be at the July meeting.

That was a good meeting the other night. We're getting a good little group going here.

 

Kids don't both me so don't be afarid to bring them but this is just me.
