HamptRds, VA May meeting

Our May meeting will be on May 22 from 3:00 PM until...

It will be held at the Fudruckers at Pembroke (corner of Virginia Beach Blvd and Independence Blvd).

 

After the meeting, maybe we could head out to the Chesapeake Jubilee.

I'm back from Italy....it was a fun trip

 

I wish I could come to the meeting, but Bob is in Germany and I'm playing "mom".
However, there's a few things I would like input on from the meeting if possible....

1)Was I having the meeting at my house on June 12th or July 17th? I wrote it down on both (go figure)?
A. June 12 is fine, but I thought there was to many things going on that month and that we were going to forgo a meeting.
B. July 17 happens to be the DC "Star Wars in Concert" event. I wasn't planning on going but that could cause probs w/ those who are.

Please let me know of anything else that is discussed.

I'm certain it wasn't June 12th, since that's the Serenity/Dr. Horrible screening at the Naro for charity.

 

That is correct Wendy.... And jedimomtosith you can bring the kids to the meeting....they are welcome heheheh

 

June 12th is fine but, I live on the other side of Hampton bridge near Langley AF base.
If you all are planing on going to those other functions having the meeting at my house might get in the way with your plans.
Being I'm farther away.

And I guess my kids are welcome, since it's my house....lol (sometimes tho, ugh..., parenthood!)
You all can bring your kids to. We've got a play room and a big back yard w/ tampoline plus thee's the neighborhood park across the street.

If this is the plan for the 12th would we still meet at 3pm?

I think you misunderstood - it's definitely not the 12th because of the other event. I think it was the July date, and we aren't having an official june meeting.

 

OK. So let's plan for July 10 or 17th.
You all let me know what you want.
We are having a B-day party on the 18th, but that should'nt make a difference on the 17th or either date.
