Hey guys, I did not see a thread for this and I was not sure if I should post on FB, but this is what I have taken note of for help. Friday: Wes, JT, Michael, Linda, and Jason (?) Saturday; Wes, Grant, JT, Dale, Linda, Autumn, and Malachi. What I don't have, is shift times that people will be available to assist. I am going to push to be there 1-close. I do have work in the morning so that may put me past 1, but I am going to do my best to be there asap. I hope this helps to paint a picture. Please discuss if we specific coverage during certain times.
I will also be there those days. I didn't see any posts so I volunteered to help take photos for all the groups and be a handler for the Mandalorian Mercs and anyone else needing help.

Do we need anything like zip ties or tape to sercure anything to a table or the like? Have some supplies at home if needed...
Some tape to put up our banner, perhaps? And here's the schedule for the trivia panels for the Wings events: Star Wars After Dark on Friday night: 7pm-8pm Star Wars at the Hangar on Staurday: 11am-11:45am & 2:30pm-3:15pm
