Maz Kanata Spin Off

Maz has a lot of background and story like how did they meet Chewy and Han. Why Does Maz like Chewy what did the crew do together?. If not this could be explored in books and other media but i want to tlak about the possible movie/Mini Series. This also can be eplored by a T.V. show following Maz if you want this tell me and others

Nah. Maz was probably the least interesting character in the freaking saga for me lol.

 

Sy Snootles is feeling pretty good right now.

Novel or comic. I don't really see them making an entire movie about her.

 

A character that. Could easily end up in Rebels, or whatever comes after Rebels.

 

No she is a interesting like how did she get that Light saber and what connections does she have with Luke Skywalker and stuff so yeah she is interesting

 

Not really... a story about Maz would really be boring.. however a story about 'the lightsaber' could be interesting... it would be a new take.... An object being the main character. We see the adventure of the lightsaber and in the final scene we see it get into Maz's hand...

 

Ironically the McGuffin in one of the original drafts of TFA was the story about the lightsaber. I think the fact that we didn't get it in the end means it is something they're planning on telling later. Whether that is Episode 8, a book, comic, etc. is anyone's guess at this point.

 

Are you making threads about potential spin offs for every character in Star Wars?

 

My only condition: she and Yoda better get together. Then I can laugh back at my family for laughing at my suggestion!

I just love the fact that they're having Stilton with their tea.

 

Max was okay. Didn't love her though. I'd be up for a comic or something.

 

I just wish they went with her original design, which looked less like a cartoon turtle:

that wouldn't have been effective. good for a bakground character though.
