I'm just amused that I was one of the earliest -2 Spideyers, and then I completely missed the rise and fall of Ho that took down Spider-Man.

And my strategy was simply to never care about a character winning, just to care about getting certain characters eliminated, especially those who had love publicly thrown on them. Hence my participation in the all out assault on both Parkers (lub you, @cubman987) and later on with Rocket. I only wish we could have had a few more epic Sharks and Jets style throwdowns. Alas, next time, when we really make tom hate himself for the "Marvel Move Characters but not from the MCU" Survival Battle.

 

It's over? I knew we should have done the Thanos Snap on page 200. I'm glad Korg one. I liked him and hope to see more of him in future films.

At the beginning, I didn't have a pick, but I'm glad I latched onto Spidey, because he was the Hodor of this battle, and the long, monotonous battle, with ten posts about a single character in a row with no actual point movement are great. Spidey battle>Ho battle.

Then I wanted Carter to win early this week, and that expanded to any female. So reading back, things were looking good at the top five point. But then the latent nerd misogyny kicked in and BOOM, all the women were gone.
