The animated icon things along the left seem unnecessary and too large.

The menu button things at the top are very hard to read.

    what animated icons?
    hmmm.
The buttons seem fine to read, maybe the composition on your comp is off, and or a glare.

oh I see, ummm another reason those buttons should be able to be read fine is cause when you move your mouse over them they turn into an easily readable icon...
    maybe there is a glitch.

On some pages hovering over them does nothing. They are VERY hard to read and if you expect people to use/find them, you should make them readable.

You might also consider using javascript to preload the images so they pop up right away when you hover over them. An even better way of doing it is the CSS sprites method. Do a Google search or check out the second link in my sig for a good example.

    "what animated icons?"

The ones that were replaced with that mandalorian logo thing. Which still looks too big and out of place.

Also, for the header images, if you feel the need to have different onHover images, they should at least be the same size as the default images.
