Talking of costumes -my little sister has only asked me to make her a Zam Wessel costume! I've nearly made the helmet but as for the rest......
She's getting as bad as me - she's turned buying Star Wars figures into a competition so she can gloat when she gets one before I do!-all this and she's only nine.

 

Congrats CGI on your successful conversion of your sister It's great to see kids that age getting into it all. Alas my nephew has failed to catch the SW bug, preferring Spiderman instead.

 

She loves Spidey too[my Mums fault as much as mine!] as well as beign a huge LOTR fan-she dressed as Frodo to go to school once!

 

Wow, sounds like me when I was her age. Into all the Sci Fi/Fantasy stuff. I just liked it all and still do.

ok, christmas is out of the way and new year doesn't really mena anything if you think about it so lets get some meets going on! there's only so many times myself, luke and lisa can go to a pub to pretend like the fanforce is having regualr meets. most of us haven't even met yet and this needs to change. alot of our members live around exeter so i think some kind of exeter based meet is in order. ideas of what we can do there plase

 

a meet in exeter is definately needed.

seriously is anyone other than AOS and myself out there? xmas is over, we're all nice and rested, time to remember you don't have lives and get back here so we can have some meets

 

I take it you guys are definitely going to the Honiton con at the beginning of March? I am hoping to bring along some of the MK FFers as well Any ideas as yet, although I know its a long way off, about the day?

 

we haven't done much planning yet. by we i mean Luke and myself whereas 2 of our members are part of the group organising the convention so i hope they've done some

Well at the moment it looks like is me, Jamie and Charis. I am working on Voren and RogueBantha and I'll see if I can twist their arms into coming down.

I am really looking forward to it; it's been a few years since I've been to Devon

 

I'm up for a meet in Exeter or Plymouth, pref plymouth as i hate exeter and spend most the day there...

 

i can't meet anywhere outside of exeter, as i have no transportation.

 

Luke and I are always here Ripper, it's where we live so if you want to meet up with the guys in Plymouth, just say and we should be able to come up with something.

Can't you get a bus or train AOS? i know you're a poor students but it can't be that expensive we would be mainly staying in Devon

AOS, the patheticness of stagecoach can get you there for a 5er or so.

not being able to stand them or their horrid buses i will take a train with my railcard for £7.50
