Lg.Is, NY Meeting # 106 - Sunday, September 11th - Cantiague Park BBQ (Weather Permitting)

The September meeting will be Sunday, September 11th at 11 am.

If the weather is nice, we will be having a BBQ at Cantiague Park in Hicksville.

If we get rained out, we will meet at the Broadway mall as usual.

Due to some miscommunication, Billy will not be around to grill for us tomorrow and we were not able to organize any volunteers to take over.

I will see everyone at the mall tomorrow for our meeting.

-Empire FanFest 2012;president will contact promoters about providing programming,panels,etc.
-Bookstore/Library events;event coordinator will look into finding appropriate location for having a Star Wars Day.
-Islip Bowling;there is some interest in doing a club event or outing.
