The next DB516 meeting will be held on 8/11/13 at Cantiague Park in Hicksville,NY at 11am,weather permitting.If there is inclement weather we will have the meeting at our usual location,the Broadway Mall in Hicksville,NY.

Club Business:
-A draft of the Club Charter has been completed and now has to be approved and finalized.
-Anu and Andre will coordinate to approach the Cinema Arts Centre regarding holding a future meeting there.

Previous Events:
-7/30 L.I. Ducks game outing at Bethpage Ballpark
-8/2-8/4 Shore Leave convention in Hunt Valley,MD.

Upcoming Events:
-8/15 Rifftrax Live presents Starship Troopers at select theaters through fathomevents.com;some members are planning to watch together at the Westbury Stadium theater.8pm showtime.
-8/24 Deep Fry party at Cindy and George's house;check yahoo group for details.
-8/29-9/2 Dragon*Con in Atlanta,GA.;handful of members go every year for oodles of fun.
-9/28 DB516 anniversary hotel party at Plainview Residence Inn(private event);check yahoo group for upcoming details.

Event Planning:
-There is interest in having a group trip to the Renn Faire in Tuxedo,NY;those interested should start coordinating on yahoo group.
