Meeting #16 (FREE Comic Book Day)

    Hi everyone,

    I cleared our participation in Acadiana Book and Comic's STAR WARS party on FREE Comic Book Day, Saturday, May 7th between 2PM and 4:30PM. <== Find out more, CLICK the link.

    Theresa will hand out fliers with information about our club in bags for customer purchases, and we are encouraged to wear our T-shirts and/or costumes. Our attendance at this party is as a customer/patron. If asked more about the club, FanForce Acadiana, we can inform folks. However, I gave my word that we are there to partake in the festivities, not to distract from what is going on.

    The point is to let the club's name be seen, and have fun. Afterwards, we can go somewhere and eat if we want, or even watch Hitch-hikers Guide to the Galaxy.

    I hope everyone comes. Especially those who have purchased a t-shirt.

    I will definatly maybe go. If I have access to a car I will be there. I just saw the article in the newspaper and would like to be a club member. So I'll talk to you there.
