II -- Upcoming Events
-- Episode III Charity Screening Thursday, May 12, 2005 at 3:30PM
Do we want to hang out there in costume, unofficially? No. Too early in the day.
-- Newark Bears Event Saturday, May 14, 2005 -- Its one week away and we cant seem to find out any information about this event.
-- ROTS Midnight showings Wednesday, May 18
MEPA arranged a midnight showing in Manhattan (sold out) 5 DB516ers will attend. Others will got the Farmingdale Stadium theatre. (Expecting to hand out club flyers to the fans on the midnight line)

-- DB516 Episode III Release event Thursday, May 19, 2005 All day
DB516 will be hosting one of two theatres on Long island TBA any day now. A table will be set up to promote the Long Island club. Costumeed characters and stand-ups will be available to pose for photos and welcome patrons in the theatre.
-- Big Apple Con (Penn Plaza Pavilion) Friday June 17 and Saturday, June 18, 2005
AeroSith will play at 3:30 PM on Saturday and will have a table at the con to promote the band and the club all weekend long.
-- Wizard World con in Philly (June 3-5, 2005) -- Babylon 5's J.M. Strazcynski is a guest among others. Some DB516 members will attend. More details to be worked out on the message boards in the week proceeding the con.
-- Fan Film Viewing on Long Island - Westbury public library July 22, 2005 at 6:30. All our neighboring FF clubs are invited as well as the general public.
-- Other Cons to be discussed at the June meeting (Shore Leave Hunts Valley Maryland July 8-10) (Dragon*Con in Atlanta Sep 2-5, 2005)

-- View digital Episode III as a group in Manhattan. Date TBA
-- Video Viewing or Summer party Date TBA After the Episode III hoopla dies down.

-- AeroSith update by Billy: AeroSith just auditioned for the USA Network for fan footage to be used in promotion for AFI's airing in June of a Tribute to George Lucas.
AeroSith has been doing press interviews.

IV Treasurers Report - no expenses other than some table items like flyers. Minimal dues were collected.
