i noticed that celebration III is on your agenda... i'm trying to coordinate a Pacific Region FF table at C3, but need some additional contacts to list on the submission..

i posted this on the thread for the potential Pacific Region FF fan table at Celebration III:

the deadline for fan tables is the 9th of December, and i need the following from participating clubs: a contact name with contact info, and 2 references (with contact info).

if i don't hear anything by the 7th, then the table is a no-go!

Thanks, I'll be sure to run it by club officials. I doubt we will be doing a table, but I'll let you know for sure.

 

Cmd, as you can see, this item needs to be added. Also, thoughts on the new Insider and Membership kits. Please also add an item for Marc. He e-mailed his new phone # to me and is hoping for a call from us. Thanks!

Qui Gonn, the CIII table deadline is passed as mentioned above, so I did not add it to the agenda.

BTW I will reformat the agenda on thursday into the more formal thing it usually is.

Hey Gang,
What time are you looking at calling on the 11th. I need to make sure I'm going to be home. I have a pretty full schedule with classes, however it does look like the evening of the 11th is open. I have class from 0900 - 1245 (0700-1045 MST) and a LAB from 1300 to 1700 (1100-1500 MST or 11am to 3pm). Sorry about the military time, but I need to get used to using it seeing as it's an industry standard as well. It doesn't seem as if there is any scheduling conflict, but let me know. If you have your meeting at 7pm like normal, it would be nine here and I should be home. If you missed the e-mail with my phone number, PM me and I'll get it to ya.

Also, be looking for your vaction packetts to arrive in two or three weeks...

ERIC I need you to PM or E-mail me your new address as I still have you at Bradley St. (You probably won't get your Christmas card, because I forgot to ask ya before I left and your mail is probably no longer being forwarded.) But let me know so you don't miss out on your info.
