Orlando, FL MegaCon

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to see who is planning on attending MegaCon next weekend.
For those of you who do not know what this is here is the site MegaCon

 

I'll be there. Are we going to have a meeting there?

 

Meesa goin'. Driving down Friday night.

 

I'm coming. At first I was just gonna come Sunday, but now I found out about a free event at the Space Center's Visitor's Complex that John Glenn, Jim Lovell, and some other Mercury/Gemini/Apollo-era astronauts will be at Sunday late afternoon, and I can't pass that up. So now I'll be at Megacon all day Saturday for sure and possibly Sunday morning.

If you buy advance tickets over the phone or website, do you pick them up there, like at a will-call? Or do they snail mail them to you?

I wanna gooooooooooooooooo! But my dad is going out of town. And my sister is having a party so my mom has to stay for that.

I don't wanna have to get stuck with over 2o 12 year olds! They are all mean to me.

Let me know how it was.

Your dad's cool, though. Remember he burns up entire Saturdays for ya on a regular basis, so let him have his break.

 

I feel sorry for my dad. Really I do. He has to go to New Jersey (because that's where we used to live) and he has to work.

I don't want him to go.

And it's really cold there right now.

Maybe next year for Megacon.

 

My wife is having surgury that Friday. Not that I want a lot of sympathy, just wanted you to know I can't make it.
Cos' I thought about coming anyway for a split second.

 

I'll be there...if for nothing else to pick up some T-shirts (my new wardrobe...yes I outfit myself at cons) and help Delaya and Gita kick the &$*# out of one another.

 

I'm looking forward to that!!

 

I plan on going, depending on my homework schedule.

Just joking of course. I'll be doing initial set up on Thursday and we be at the con for its duration.
