I have it from a reliable source that bandai will premier the dub for the excellent noir X-Files like show Witch Hunter Robin which features ythe voice talent of the very lovely Kari Whalgren, who is supposed to also make an appearence.

Ooooo....Witch Hunter Robin....Yipee...there is a big response to this event on Cosplay.com...since alot of people missed JTAF & Metreon has done this before & they received good reviews.

Wow...I just went on the website & saw this:
Tickets to Metreon Festival of Anime are $15 and can be purchased online at www.acteva.com/go/metreon. It looks like that not only the voice of Witch Hunter Robin will be there, but also the artist/creator, I believe. They want me to wear an Astro Boy costume too. I don't know...

I RSVPed for a ceremony that I want to see a friend I haven't seen in a while participate in at UCSF on friday. If I don't see you guys say hello to Doug from SF Fan Force and have fun! I'll most likely see you guys on Sunday in that case.

Well I like anime, I love Kenshin (subbed NOT dubbed) and a auto from Doug would be awesome even if the tickets to get in this is kind of a rip. However, I made a commitment to a friend and I'm one of her only friends in SF that she knows since she just moved here and is going to UCSF. There's a ceremony for her indoctrination in to pharmacy school and I want to be there for her.

I hope everyone else has an awesome time and let me know all about it on Sunday. I'm sure whatever Chanel's Force Sense is telling her is going to be big and bad (bad as in good bad). lol... I'll see you all on Sunday at the meeting. :)

So you women in the roll of men, huh? :D Personally, the Kenshin dubs is one of my favs. But since I obtained my version legally, I can enjoy both versions plus excellent liner notes, quaility and other extras. ;)

The schedule is up for the events.

I'll get Doug's autograph for you, Chanel. It's good of you to be with and support your friend, though. I would've done the same thing myself.

Ummmm... Matt? Was that last message meant for me? ?[face_plain] Thanks, I think... It's cool Matt, I'm bad with names too. :p
Robert, you like the dubbed version of RK?!?! It's so... so... so... bad. They took out "Oro", the essence of Kenshin! I say, if it works for Bart Simpson being voiced over by a girl so I don't care if it works for the character. How was the event?? Did anyone take pics and stuff?

Everything went pretty well. The turnout was more than expected, and everyone made $. The Astro Boy costume was a sauna, though. But on the upside, it's a chick magnet! Albert should have the pics soon on www.cosplay.com.
