Spring, MO Metropolis Sci Fi and Comic Con March1-2

    Greetings from Southern Illinois! I just wanted to invite you all to the 2nd annual Metropolis Sci Fi and Comic Convention, March 1-2 at the Amerihost Theater in Metropolis Illinois. Peter Mayhew will be one of the celibrities attending. The Friday night before the Con, There will also be a dinner with Peter open for the fanforces and fans.     I wouldn't mind going. The hard part is finding a babysitter and scraping up the money...cause I'm NOT sleeping in a tent at the beginning of March.[face_laugh] I might be able to swing one night in a hotel.

    A $30.00 "VIP Pass" gets you- the two day admission to the convention, admission to the Superman Museum, and admission to the dinner with the stars- not including your food.
