Actually, Lily Wan and I have traded online, so I look forward to playing with her and everyone else. I have _ALL_ of them so far, so am willing to loan some out to people.

ok all we have 20 rooms blocked at the St. Louis Adams Mark for this event and 2 I repeat 2 are all that have been reserved... so anyone worried about no rooms at the inn... If everyone that reserves a room would be kind enough to post in here that you have along with how many it would be greatly appreciated and remember they need to be reserved by April 25th in order to guarantee a room.


As we have confirmation of rooms being reserved we will update the first post to show how many are left.

 

I'm Kent from QCRS-uad Cities. Just tried to get a Quad this evening and they said they dont have any. I will try yo contact Rob Sewell tomorrow to try to get a Quad. They say there are only kings available and it will cost more to add a roll away. Can anyone help me with this?

 

I have our Hotel specialist on this, she should have an answer for you soon!!!

 

I spoke with Rob Sewell, and he said there should be no problem with booking any of the room types they offer. He suggested we call the 314-241-7400 numeber and ask for reservations, as opposed to using their 800 number. Let me know if there is anything else!

I'm planning on heading down from Chicago Friday, 6/9--either after work or in the morning if I can get the day off--and then coming back Sunday evening. This should be fun!

 

Oooh, purdy.

I'm looking to pull an overnighter w/some night owls by leaving on Thursday night and hoping to pull into StL on Friday morning sometime. Get checked in, take a nap, then let the fun begin!

Then on Sunday I'm heading to OK to go visit my best friend (and the OKCFF) and I'm not actually heading back home until Tues or Wed of that next week.

Thom Solo...I am running short on vacation and funds as I have already commited to several other out of town ventures....if you want someone to help pay for gas and what not....I have been thinking about this...

 

Hello, now i might have a solution to the Hotel problem. My mother did alot business in St Lo over the years. I have talked to her about the problem and were in the process of finding more rooms. She said that she might beable to find a good deal if there aleast 50 or more people. Now i'm not sure how many people still want to go and hav't found a hotel. I hope this helps jasconsolojedikinght

 

Well, since about 18 of the 20 rooms we have reserved are still open (see first post) It shouldn't be a big deal. As is we are actully getting a decent rate for that weekend. It is better/same as what you would find on the travel discount sites. My wife (Mara_Jade_Raven) works in the hotel industry and negotiated our rates.

We have a FF meeting tomorrow night, Can someone point me in the direction of a things happening list?

 

I don't have the times but here are the events:

Friday night- Meet and Greet, St. Louis nightlife
Saturday morning- Heading to some children's hosptials in costume to hang with the kids
Saturday afternoon/evening- Brewery tour then BBQ/Picnic
Sunday- Arch trip and the Riverfront.

 

This is the tentative schedule we have as right now, pretty much the only thing left to set in stone is the tour of the Arch, and we can't set that until we get a head count...

My only problem is that I plan on reserving a room for the weekend with a KC person, however that person keeps flaking out. One week he can go, the next week he plans on joining a branch of the military. And it keeps going back and forth. So, if there is someone that wants or needs to split room cost, let me know... Hey all we have some new info for everyone!!!

First off registration has been set!!! $45 pre registration/ $50 late registration. Pre-registration will last until 4-15. everything that registration entails can be found here.

Second we have a entertainment/attractions thread up here.

we look forward to seeing everyone in June!!!

 

You can tick the hotel list another one, because GsWookie and I revserved our room. We're waiting money to transfer to Paypal for the registration and on tax refunds to do the train tickets, but we're on the way now.
