Des Moi, IA Midwest Regional Meeting

StLFF and KC FF are working on a Midwest regional meeting. We're inviting everyone to join in planning it and such. We have a thread going in the regional forum, here, to keep all the planning in one location.

Thoughts right now are to hold it in late June, 2006 in St. Louis.

 

Hello everyone!!! wanting to let you know that we are holding a contest to name the event!!!

We should probably get some kind of headcount to let dajuan know about how many top expect from here. I'll probably go.

 

If it was going to be late June, I would go but if it is the first weekend. I'll have to work.

 

I am planning on it.

 

I will like to come, I just need to know ahead of time when/where it is.

Hey all we have some new info for everyone!!!

First off registration has been set!!! $45 pre registration/ $50 late registration. Pre-registration will last until 4-15. everything that registration entails can be found here.

Second we have a entertainment/attractions thread up here.

we look forward to seeing everyone in June!!!

 

Austin, Paula, and anybody else, let me know if you are definitely planning on going. I will reserve a few rooms for us.

 

Hey, everyone! I am twilek69 of the St. Louis Fan Force and one of the planners for the Mid West Meeting in June. I wanted to alert everyone of some changes in prices and remind everyone that the registration date (April 15th) is quickly approaching.

PRE-REGISTRATION FOR THE MIDWEST REGIONAL MEETING ENDS ON 4/15 AFTER THAT REGISTRATION GOES UP $5.00 EVERYONE NEEDS TO GET THEIR ROOMS RESERVED IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO ALREADY!!! IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FEEL FREE TO PM ME!!!

 

The Midwest Regional planning committee would like to remind everyone that the meeting is just around the corner. And with that we have been busy planning a great weekend and for a little teaser of what is to be included we have a very special guest speaker set to talk on Friday night!

With the new addition of the guest speaker, we have pushed back the registration date until the 5th of May!
