Room is booked, so we will have a base of operations where we can have the meeting and where the dogs can be cooked.

As soon as I have the room on Saturday, I will call Sith__Chick and we can start the phone tree so people will know which room to meet in.

I told him I didn't need it, I think we have enough & we are cooking them in 2 rounds to have hot fresh wieners

Michael, I will try to answer as soon as I can. Work is crazy, boss is on vacation the person who wrote this proposal we need to correct is on vacation so I have to retype the entire thing, 6 pages of spreadsheets & 18 written pages and I have 300 other things that need my attention. Welcome to small business employment

Our computer is working like crap at home, takes 15 mins to get to a screen, dh should be fixing that today and I'm sewing or should be sewing a ton of things when I get home.

So I will update this thread as soon as I can. Everyone pipe up on what you are planning on doing for the suite, I will start lists later.

I just picked up MOST the condiments, still need onions & napkins. Didn't want to get the onions too soon, but as I'm typing this, I'm thinking that today might not be too soon??????? I will pick it up tomorrow.

Still need to pick up tongs & slotted spoons and maybe serving bowl at the $1 store and we are golden. I will take the dogs out of the freezer tonight. I may need refrigerator space, I will call you if I need you, but I don't think so.

We have $260 in funds, after majority of the items have been purchased it's down to $ $121.40. I bought more then enough condiments, we may have some to return after the event, if that is the case then it will go toward the float.

I think we did really good on the budget & getting money into the funds, thanks everyone for making this a great event

 

I may be home from the mountains early enough to make it up there. If I am I will call one of you to see if you need anyore stuff.

 

Just picked up 3 cauldrons for serving bowls, SWEET relish, jalapenos, and onions. Sauerkraut will be served warmed?, cold will keep the smell down, a bunch (any ideas)?

I have 4 slotted spoons, 2 sets of tongs, 500 hot dog trays, 504 hot dogs, 3 crock pots (in my possession). 4 plastic tubs of Ketchup, w/ pump. 3 plastic tubs of Mustard w/ pumps. 1 - 10# size can of sauerkraut, 1 -10# size can of jalapenos, 3 gallons of sweet relish (if you want dill, bring it).

I have an extra pump in case one breaks. I don't have extra spoons or tongs???


Still need napkins & onions, will pick them up tomorrow.

By any chance were the plastic serving gloves in there too?

 

Yep, a box of 500 gloves that seems mostly full. Will post again when I've passed on the stuff.
