hey kids...
the con last night was interesting...just getting ready to head back there this morn.

thanks for getting everything ready everyone see you there today!

 

Probably early afternoon, sometime between 12-2.

 

i think we are leaving around 11:00 or 12:00

 

We have:
450 5oz cups
2 gallons of 2% milk
1 1/2 gallons of soy milk
19 boxes of Little Debbie snack cakes & stuff
(most are in 2 pks so we will have to seperate)
Yeah, that's what we are bringing.

I bought candy for the pinata, 3 or 4 bags, but we will need a bunch more for it.

I'm getting in the shower after I send some PM's.

I made some low-carb brownies... And have decided to buy the rest... All my efforts yesterday to the contrary, after dealing w/ the sneezing and draining all night, today I feel absolute crap

Not sure how long I'll hang around tonight

 

The crew is alive and kicking (literally) at the con... They should be getting ready for costume contest as I type...

got home around 11. i had fun for the most part. its great hanging out with everyone.


my friend really liked you all too. she was suprised to find out the group is not filled with a bunch of mutants. she had a great time. the whole con was not what she expected and it was fun for her. all the ppl suprised her cuase she found out we are normal (relatively) and all the ppl at the con were not scary ppl. I cant wait to see pics from it.

 

who won the costume contest?

i wish i could have been there...

 

i left before it was decided. i was getting a little run down. good thing i left too, cause had i waited longer i wouldnt have been good for driving.

 

Sith_Slayer won best in show.

Had a great time, feel like crap, when do we do it again, lol.

Hope everybody is okay today...at least its not as bad as Starfest...I can still walk.

 

Congrats, Stacy! Your costume was awesome and you did a lot of hard work on it! Kudos, brother!

Everyone did an excellent job as well. I'm just sad I had to work the Con Room instead of cheering you all on. Maybe next year!

JP, MA, MA's friend and I won for "Best Rescue" in the presentation area. Though, geez, all they focused on was the rescue of the Nox. Noone sees it from the point of view of the poor, innocent goa'uld who got shot...

 

I feel pity for my goa'uld sister. Of course I would have taken them all out with me

 

the costumes all looked great . i had alot of fun .

 

Darn. I didn't get any pics of anyone's costumes from this con. Most of my post-costume-contest time was spent plotting against the Federation.

Sounds like you guys had a lot of fun. I wish that I could have been there. But I had to do some work. We were moving servers at my work and I got some OT.
