Vitamins and minerals are nutrients. They can be found in all kinds of things. Some days, when I'm really run down and beat, I'll just go to the rockbed outside my building and just grab a few stones and nosh on those. They're loaded with minerals and crunchy too!

You disappeared for a bit and I'd just hoped when you came back... I was excited, I thought, this will be ace and have not delivered.

I keep one in my mouth all the time except at meals and when I sleep. No real problems to speak of, but going through security at the airport is ALWAYS a hassle.
